The one on 45/ Monroe is much better. They're a chain, that makes them weak because they don't necessarily care about their true service. Food can be better. We pay a lot for BBQ, and they give us less and less every time. I believe they can do so much better.

Smh. I really didn't like my food. ? I had a turkey baked potato. Bland, no seasoning. I had two somethings in my food that I didn't know what they were. I was given a dirty glass with lipstick still on it.

Update: Today, I want to shout out to Liz at the drive thru lane. My credit card flew out of the window as she was passing it back to me. Liz walked out of the building to retrieve it, cleaned it and then handed it back to me. That's Above and Beyond! I had planned to exit my vehicle and retrieve it myself. Service like this keeps my family and me coming back! Her manager Ken was also extremely polite and plans to recognize her excellent customer care. Thank you!_____________Pulled pork sandwich is very good. The new rub for the ribs is too peppery and a thumbs down for me. Staff is polite and professional...many have worked there for years.
