The food is very, very good. But some of what we had was unevenly reheated. And the seating is sparse. However, would gladly come by again for takeout. The prices and variety are pretty good and it is good to know almost everything is made in-house.
This bakery tasted sooo much better than Common Bond and a lot more affordable. I can’t believe how amazing the pastries are!! The chocolate and almond pastries are heavenly. Definitely visiting this place every time I stop by in Chinatown :)

I love their pate chaud. It's the best in Houston. Last time I came by, the note said this place has closed permanently. Sad. But there's second location on Wilcrest&Beechnut. Don't know if it's that good.
