The server is super nice 😊. Very friendly environment and there’s a lot of games. There’s also a Photo Booth ! It’s very inviting.

They have amazing Yuzu Ade Sparkling Tea 🫖 🍋! Lovely little shop in the corner, in front of hotel.

A quiet place to study quite a clean and peaceful place to study; came to find a quiet place in Chinatown to study with drinks that are quite cheap too, very nice compared to the new overpriced ones that are almost double the price.

Love the Smoothies from here! Taste amazing and the place inside looks so cute! Definitely coming back more often 💖

This place is the best, it provides the most delicious and refreshing milk teas and fruit teas. It’s an absolute must try for people that are craving something different.

It was an amazing place, the Demon Black Sugar Milk Tea. It's amazing, and definitely a place I will be coming back to soon. The service was great.

Partea's is an unassuming boba shop tucked away into a back corner of Dun Huang Plaza. I walked over after parking nearby.

Inside, it's actually quite modern. There are photo booths (for a fee) and some tables.

Only one person was working when I was there. I ordered a white peach oolong tea with 30% sugar, less ice, with boba.
If I didn't know any better, I would swear that they are using a syrup or flavored sweetener. This was one of the most intense peach flavored oolong teas I've ever had. I let my friends taste and they all agreed.

I sampled their Vietnamese coffee as well, which is quite a generous serving for the price, and very roasty.

I will definitely be back and I hope they get more business to stay open!

Drink was great (signature MT).
Service was average, it was fine.
Internet was not good, couldn’t connect, had to hotspot from my own phone. Current seating arrangement is not conducive for available outlets for charging.
