I would give this place a 0 stars if I could. I went because the pictures looked nice, but I was deceived. I tried their crème brûlée coffee thinking it would have a hardened sugar top with some foam but I WAS DECEIVED ONCE AGAIN. It was literally a piece of crème brûlée on the bottom with some hotel cold brew coffee on top. Waste of $6. The place itself smelled like the inside of a bathroom and the game selection was next to nothing.

Tasty drinks (get the Hojicha milk tea), spacious atmosphere with some tables for studying, and working AC which is imperative when Houston feels like summer for nine months out of the year. Service was quick and friendly, and I was so pleased to finally find a spot not overrun by loud teenagers. Ambient music is at an acceptable level. I almost don't want to share this find but because I want them to stay in business, please come visit for solid drinks and a great spot for conversation or to get work done!

Solid boba tea spot, modern vines and hospitable service. We had the Demon Black Sugar milk tea, honey lemon green tea and honeydew milk tea. The honey lemon green tea was the best - refreshing and light. The other 2 were a bit sweeter than expected, even at 50% sugar. All in all good spot, but a bit hard to find since it's set back off of Beltway 8 and not easily visible from Bellaire or the highway. Worth trying.

Came here after dinner for a sweet treat, tucked away in a corner of Bellaire's Chinatown. The cafe was clean and had a lot of available seating. I ordered the mango cloud smoothie and the avocado smoothie, both were great! Classic drinks and the boba was a good texture. The workers were super kind and helpful with every question I had, will be back again!

Super delicious and freshly made drinks! It’s quiet also if you need to get some studying done

The person that helped suggested this tea and it's a good fruit tea with fruit bits floating round to suck up. It's cut in tiny pieces so comes up on the straw perfectly and doesn't get stuck

Their wintermelon tea was so good, i basically inhaled it in one gulp. The boba is also good, nice and soft. They have some seating inside and outside as well, including some games available to play. It's kind of tucked away from the busy section of Chinatown, so this is a great option if that's what you're looking for. Random, but I was really surprised at how big their bathroom section is - they have this big ol' hallway just to lead to the bathrooms. Kind of unusual for a tea house lol

And when I say my pants, I mean in Chinatown Houston. The Partea is incomparable here, although it doesn't go all night - quite the opposite - because this tea is fresh brewed each time you order it. What could be better? Literally, they brew fresh tea for each tea drink you order. What to get: Ceylon Milk Tea, Hojicha Milk TeaWhat else: Everything here is excellentLocated where Presotea used to be, and every bit as delicious and delightful, is one of Houston's very best boba shops. When it comes to little independent Boba shops (not part of a chain), this may be the best in Texas, or right up there. This might be the best Milk Tea in Houston. We miss Prestotea very badly, but we're glad that it has continued the tradition of making fresh tea every time you order it, and tastes just as good as ever. Partea may, in fact, have some of the best Milk Teas you'll ever taste.Easily the best little family owned independent Taiwan-style Boba shop in town, along with TeaFix, and one which you should come and give your business to on a regular basis. All their products are very good but I definitely recommend the milk teas especially. They can sometimes close a little bit earlier than posted, and their hours are pretty limited, but overall they're just a fantastic place to come and get drinks, as well as being comfy, clean, bright, cute, and usually having plenty of parking nearby. We're thrilled to have them in Houston to go with the amazing collection of other Boba shops that we are spoiled with in these parts. It's definitely one of my top 5 favourites that I've been to in this Boba-rich area, and we will be regular customers, especially for the delicious Ceylon milk tea which has one of the nicest, subtlest, and not too sweet flavors of any milk tea I've had. It's a little bit hidden away next to the Hilton Garden Inn right beside Gerry's Grill, but it makes it easy to access from the Sam Houston Parkway if you're heading north and hopefully people will flock over here and enjoy it as much as we do. The people who run the Hilton run this too.Of course, it was also amazing when it was called Preso, so here's my rhyme dedicated to the long lost Presotea and Mike, who used to run it.There are no words for me to expressoThe way I feel when I visit PresoLike getting gas from Exxon (or in UK, Esso)If you wanna try it, I'll take you, lesgoDo I like it (delete as appropriate) yes/noMilk tea tea is so good good (there's an echo)Tastes more British than the Geico GeckoFor Boba in Houston, it's my top recoSo come and try the perfect drinks at Preso! What! Now I have to go, I have a preso ing engagement. I actually have a Partea to attend.

Came all the way from dfw area, the tea were made to order. Great atmosphere, loved the taro milk tea because it had real taro in the tea but I wished they wouldn't use the fake purple taro powder so the milk tea can be purple color and just stick to the real taro bits. Bathroom is clean and has Korean pop playing on the tv. I liked how they had an air filter running in the corner to filter germs and bacteria from people not wearing mask. Overall great experience and might come back if I'm in the area.

By far this is my favorite boba place. I love the texture of their bobas. It’s chewy - like the good kinda chewy, good size, and sweet. I love their Signature MT. I can see why it’s a signature. Side note: when ordering the Signature MT, it comes with coffee jelly in it. Their Black sugar MT is good as well to try if you like really sweet drinks. Definitely will be back again!
