“Found Norah's based on nearby location search, didn't want an expensive steak restaurant, and wanted something different. Upon entering, i was greeted by friendly staff, and seated. What had intrigued me was the European cuisine. Just a bit different from the usual fare. I had desired the Carpaccio di Manzo, but they were out. So, i had the Beet Carpaccio. Omg, it was delicious. The plating was beautiful, and the combinations of flavors melted in my mouth. I especially liked the pistachio nut flavor in combination with the goat cheese and sweetness of the beets. I couldn't make up my mind, the waiter obviously recommended the paella (Houston award winning) but we settled on the Penne Romano. Each component was perfectly cooked, and the Pecorino cheese flowered on top made each bite delicious. I highly recommend this place for a delightful meal, nice atmosphere. not from Houston, i am not familiar with byob, so had to run and grab a bottle of wine to enjoy with my excellent meal. I will be back! .. for the Paella!“

“Cacio e Pepe pizza is amazing as is the broccolini. Capers, giant croutons and shaved parm made the Caesar salad memorable.

Update - Ordered take out and had the Margarita Al Crudo with their awesome Caesar salad last night and it’s one of the best pizzas I’ve had in Houston.

Pickup was easy and order was ready quickly.

“Yesterday I came around 10pm the guy at the counter had the best attitude and customer service. His vibe was so genuine and friendly. I got a meat pizza, it was delicious. Today I came back and ordered 3 more pizzas. Food was fresh we had to wait to eat it lol LOVED IT !!“

“Villa Italian Kitchen at Willowbrook Mall is really good. The place was very clean. All products stocked properly inviting the customer to try all productos. I bough lasagna.It taste amazing. My son bough a 3 cheese pizza with alfredo sauce, very delicius. Angel was very friendly and the manager also recommended us the cookies.I recommed this place 100 %. In my opinion, it is the best place to eat when we be at mall.“

“I had just gotten off of a 3 hour flight and was hungry. The Big Boss Slice of pizza looked very delicious. Well, the picture shown on the menu and the piece of pizza I got were entirely different. I only had 3 pieces of Italian sausage of which none were on the slice of pizza. All three were laying beside the pizza in the box! All that I saw was pieces of pepperoni on the slice of pizza. When I took it back to the counter the employee said it was a slice of BIg Boss when I questioned if I was given the wrong order. I paid $7.85 for a slice of pepperoni pizza with a few bacon bits on it and three pieces of Italian sausage on the side! This place is a rip off!!“

Let’s start with.

appearance - this location is the best location for Latino atmosphere.
It’s fun and different.

atmosphere -that atmosphere is alive, especially with a good crowd
hearing the laughter from The kids in the background makes it more fun.

Service - now the service is a different story, I’m very impressed always constantly checking up on you and making sure you’re having a great time and enjoying the food and if we need anything else.
