Based on the reviews, Fabio's Artisan Fresh Pasta sells delicious fresh pasta, including gluten free pasta. The gluten free cheese ravioli and pesto were exceptional. The campanelle was incredible with a white wine butter sauce and shrimp. The cavatelli and fettuccine were great with a really nice texture, easy to prepare, and easier to digest with less bloating. The raviolis were really creamy and tremendous, and the sauces were delicious. The shop is very clean, and the instructions are clear. It is a hidden gem in Houston.
