The owner was extremely rude. I recently sent a very popular logo to be printed on sugar paper. CALLING ALL AGGIES!! Texas A&M iconic maroon color logo. Their business printed the logo brown. She then said that brown was the official color of the university. She asked if I was going to buy the brown print. I explain that is not the color I requested and I’ll be happy to provide another logo to see if it would print better. Her response was “I can’t print you anything else if your not going to buy it.” I share this because I once had a bad experience with this business but this is now the second time. Very rude, and I advise anyone to not let them do it you. I really hope the value customers more and do better at customer service. Very rude customer service.

This bakery is awesome! I’ve been getting cakes from them for many years for different occasions and they always come in clutch 💯. They have great flavors of cake and fillings. The one thing I love is that the times I’ve gotten cakes with colors like red and black they do not taste bitter at all. Their designs are beautiful and perfect to detail. Their customer service is amazing and they are very family oriented which I love.

This place is prejudiced against blacks and very rude. Customer service is horrible. I have been in there a couple times and each time they’re looking at me as if I am out of place. They do not speak and is very short answered. I will not be going back!

This is the best bakery on the Eastside! I’ve had two custom cakes made from them and both were delicious! And very cute, my daughters loved their cakes. I definitely recommend them to everyone 💯

Cake was delicious, service great. We always get our cakes from here and we have never been disappointed. Our guest have always like the cake. This one had Nutella.

Unacceptable customer service. I put an inquiry about a cake a month prior to my event and they waited two days before my event to ask for a deposit. Such awful birthday experience. Book someone else

Very nice place was able to have samples able to get exactly what I wanted for my party. Order the cake for my grandson with PJ masks on it. Also ordered some cupcakes to go along with the cake.
