We were attending a Memorial Service in Houston..Hotel is very convenient to restaurants, I-10, other sites in Houston. Hotel has grocery stores etc. very close. Parking was very easy. Hotel was very easy to navigate. Staff was kind and considerate.

We traveled to Houston for my husband to get medical treatment and the Dr happens to be across the parking lot. The staff at this hotel are fabulous! The hotel is super clean and nicely decorated. They have a bar/cafe that has breakfast and a decent dinner menu. There are also some fast food restaurants within walking distance. The highway is right there but I did not hear the traffic from my room. If I were coming for any other reason I would still stay at this particular hotel. They just make you feel like family.

I had the most enjoyable trip to Houston. Ethel checked me in after a mix up with the rooms(my fault entirely). She was really, really nice. Wonderful to chat to and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely the high point of my trip.

Decent hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Food pretty good too, and there’s a good vibe around the bar of an evening. Great chatting with Keeshea when checking out. Very bubbly personality and always happy

The hospitality here is off the charts! The people made me feel so much at home with them during my visit! The pizza was a bit underwhelming (for my tastes), but the bar had more than I expected. Everyone’s nice there, too. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and/or family!

Clean and neat, nice personnel and nice guests! I don’t know why, I always find nice people here! I would like to have soap bars at the shower instead of liquid body lotion, there is a nice lobby outside the building to have some drinks and chat, but is the nicest place to have a smoke too but that is forbidden, this should be revised, everybody smokes there!

We stayed last week and this week for few days . The hotel is clean , a nice place to stay not expensive also very close to a major Highway . We returned because we love it !! Sandra, Juan and the kitchen crew do an amazing job .They make you feel at home . Very friendly and attentive in anything you need . Everyone at the front desk are friendly and nice . The hotel crew are great. We just love this hotel !!!

Checking in and out was very fast with no lines. My room was clean and stocked with more than enough towels. They accommodated my late check in and early check out. Everything was nice and easy, since I didn't need to ask any questions at the front desk.

Fantastic staff. Fantasia and Ali at the front desk were total professionals. Both were delightfully personable and engaging, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and take care of our individual needs. We will go out of way to stay here next time we’re in Houston.
When I find myself traveling to this part of Houston I book the Garden Inn in the Energy Corridor. It has recently undergone an extensive renovation, it was a nice hotel before, but even nicer now. The beds are super comfy. The room and bathroom are spotless. I'm not in love with the new shower head, I hate when designers choose form over function, but what are you going to do? And then there is the A/C unit. This is an issue pretty much in every Hilton, they are a bit noisy for me, but I'm a light sleeper, so I have to wear my ear plugs to sleep. But the room has everything you need: a place to lay your suitcase, closet with plenty of hangers, iron and board, safe, fridge, big tv, desk with chair, more comfy seating, a good hair dryer, lots of fluffy towels. And the management could not be more helpful or nice. Big shout out to LIncoln who really helped us out with a last minute cancellation by one of our colleagues due to illness. We will be back.

a minute ago NEW I am currently a Diamond Member—and for the years of Great Travel and Lodging w/you all—this past experience with this location was Beyond the Best Customer Experience; the Late Night Desk Clerk (Mr. Ali) welcomed my late check-in due to heavy all-day travels; and even went over and beyond and offered a feast of a meal (Middle Eastern Cuisine) provided by his good friend—the Head of Security who’s also a Chef; Ali made my experience absolutely Amazing and I will never forget such high level of hospitality exuded by Him; Ms. Fantasia was also Amazing—due to my back problems, needed more pillows; she went over and beyond and found some very good one’s; thank you guys again for the Amazing Experience!

Clean, comfortable and inviting hotel! The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a security guard in the parking lot to make sure you stay safe as well. This hotel exemplifies the Hilton brand. I am on the road for work 200+ days a year and this hotel is in the top 10 for best places I’ve stayed. Stay here at the Hilton garden inn, you will not regret it. This was already my go to hotel in Houston. And then I meet Keeshea at the front desk when there was a small hiccup with the room I normally stay in. She was amazing at taking care of the issue. Since then she goes above and beyond at every stay to make us feel welcome. I am a Hilton Diamond member (soon to be Diamond for life), and for me Keeshea is the gold standard of what every Hilton employee should be.

The hotel is clean and redone. The staff can not handle requests. I am staying 4 days. First two nights I set a wake up call, no wake up call received. Also the cleaning crew did not clean my room even though I left at 830am, staff when told could care less....not great Customer service hear
