It's incredible how one can work in a coffee shop with ZERO customer service skills. I would have been happy with a simple "hello" and a "here you go", instead I just got a grumpy guy who looked like it's the last place he wants to be in.

They don’t have sugar packets. They use a liquid sugar that is weak and makes the coffee warm not hot. The danish I had was stale. Took a few minutes, about 5-6 to place order. Not happy with this place at IAH terminal D.

Great coffee, but just like literally every single review indicates, the staff look like they dont want to be there. Dont hire people who will ruin your brand! Hopefully corporate bellies look into the quality of service of their locations!

Coffee was good, but the Cashier this morning said absolutely nothing. Just looked at me till I ordered, sat my coffee on the counter without saying anything and walked away. Didn’t respond to good morning, thank you’s or anything. Guess it’s just a sign of the times…
I had a large Mocha and cheese danish and my wife had a large, plain old coffee with lots of cream. Delicious hot coffee!

Coffee was good and hot. I was the only person in line and the woman who was also the manager was directly facing me talking on her phone. I had to interrupt her and she said “oh you want to order?” Given with the expression of a prison guard . Where has Customer Service gone? Unbelievable she couldn’t even manage a smile.

Absolutely disgusting! I got two different coffees, and they both were so diluted. They tasted like sweet water, barely any coffee flavor. The service is also poor. They used the cheapest ingredients, but charge top price for it.

Wanted coffee and a muffin, stood at counter for a while before the attendant showed up. She acted like I was interrupting her work, and said “Do you want to order?” I said “Yes”, she responded “Well go ahead and order”. Coffee was ok, but service was terrible.
