They don’t have sugar packets. They use a liquid sugar that is weak and makes the coffee warm not hot. The danish I had was stale. Took a few minutes, about 5-6 to place order. Not happy with this place at IAH terminal D.

Great coffee, but just like literally every single review indicates, the staff look like they dont want to be there. Dont hire people who will ruin your brand! Hopefully corporate bellies look into the quality of service of their locations!Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible, just like everything else at the airport.

Pretty good chain for coffee. Superior to Starbucks coffee because it has a richer flavor and better food options like wrap sandwiches and juice. Overall, this is a good coffee spot if you are in need of caffeine in IAH.

Coffee was good, but the Cashier this morning said absolutely nothing. Just looked at me till I ordered, sat my coffee on the counter without saying anything and walked away. Didn’t respond to good morning, thank you’s or anything. Guess it’s just a sign of the times…

On my way back home on 17th of November I stopped here while waiting on my connecting flight to Louisiana. I ordered an orange poppy muffin it was under $4 which I found to be really cheap considering this place is located at the airport. The muffin was huge and really good. Next time through I will make a point to check this place out again. The customer service was okay.

Coffee was good and hot. I was the only person in line and the woman who was also the manager was directly facing me talking on her phone. I had to interrupt her and she said “oh you want to order?” Given with the expression of a prison guard . Where has Customer Service gone? Unbelievable she couldn’t even manage a smile.
Absolutely disgusting! I got two different coffees, and they both were so diluted. They tasted like sweet water, barely any coffee flavor. The service is also poor. They used the cheapest ingredients, but charge top price for it.

not sure who the girl was working at 7 am on 11/16 but horrible customer service. she was just on her phone the whole time and told us they dont have espresso and made us try a few cards before saying their machine isnt working either-- wasn't kind about it either, so hope peets hires better baristas
