Was here around 7am and the shop appears abandoned. I don't think anyone runs the storefront anymore.
They don’t have sugar packets. They use a liquid sugar that is weak and makes the coffee warm not hot. The danish I had was stale. Took a few minutes, about 5-6 to place order. Not happy with this place at IAH terminal D.
Great coffee, but just like literally every single review indicates, the staff look like they dont want to be there. Dont hire people who will ruin your brand! Hopefully corporate bellies look into the quality of service of their locations!

Although the staff's attitude can be a letdown, the location is wheelchair accessible. Prices are reasonable, even at the airport, with treats like the large and delicious orange poppy muffin available for under $4.
