Great coffee, but just like literally every single review indicates, the staff look like they dont want to be there. Dont hire people who will ruin your brand! They don’t have sugar packets. They use a liquid sugar that is weak and makes the coffee warm not hot. The danish I had was stale. Took a few minutes, about 5-6 to place order. Not happy with this place at IAH terminal D.
