The lady who made my coffee was super nice, but unfortunately, both coffees I ordered came out absolutely terrible. I decided to give it one more shot and ordered a matcha instead—but oh my God, it was just as bad. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again.im extremely upset because I hardly get coffee and today was a big let down I love coffee

I have always been able to get a decade coffee at Peet's in Hobby airport. I can't stand Starbucks so I choose Peet's. Today there was no decaffeinated coffee. I don't understand how you can be a coffee establishment and that is your only job yet you run out of coffee. Caffeine is not well tolerated by some people and we need the decaf. Disappointed.

Did not have alternative milk when they said they did, made my coffee incorrectly and try to give it to me. Then burned the coffee on the remake. And refused to refund my money.
I got a large hot white mocha there was 3” of foam and barely any coffee. What a joke
