Audrey was a great help with my first experience with Peets! She helped me get my drink flavored the water I wanted when it was still just too bitter. Her smile and wonderful attitude was very welcoming!! A great representative of the houston area!
Ordered here a few times during my trips and have never been disappointed. The staff is great and the coffee good too. Only issue I have with it is how untidy it is at times but not too big a deal.

Caught in the airport during a recent storm. I was treated royally by all. Maneuvering in a wheelchair past the lines I found a comfortable corner to sit and relax. A server nicely offered to take my order and place it for me at the order line. Eazy peezy. Sitting back with a much needed cup of joe the lady again approached me to see if I needed anything. Strangely I did. My phone had died and all my chargers were on the plane. She offered me hers and left with a compliment. Later when leaving I asked to return it to the person that serviced the coffee shop. The staff called the manager on duty and the charger was returned to the rightful owner. Yes the lady that had helped me in my time of need while cleaning and stocking was the leader and had trained all well while serving some of the best coffee in the world.?☕?
Staff is amazingI realized I ordered a hot latte instead of iced:/ totally my fault. I said if you haven’t made it yet, could you make it iced. They had just finished making it so I told them never mind it’s okay!They insisted on making me an iced drink even though it was my fault?literally the sweetest human beings ever!!! Idk what they get paid but pay them more they deserve it ? ?
