I had a bad experience here. I ordered one rice for here and one to go, and they charged me $0.75 just for a bag.
This is unacceptable. Charging extra for basic packaging is ridiculous. They should simply adjust their menu prices instead of nickel-and-diming customers.
Very disappointing.

I’ve been coming to Pho Ton many times over the years, and every single visit has been right on point—great food, friendly service, and a cozy, welcoming vibe that’s perfect for families or a relaxed meal. That said, today was a little different. The table next to me wasn’t having the best experience—they had so many requests and ended up returning the food. I felt bad for the customer and the server who was trying to handle everything. It was one of those rare awkward moments where things just didn’t click. But honestly, that’s not the norm here at all. The place is usually super consistent, with delicious meals and a spot-on atmosphere. One unusual incident doesn’t change how reliable and enjoyable it is for me and my family. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend.

Family run, with a friendly staff and excellent food. Their prices are fair, the portions are plenty, and they throw in extra sauces if you ask for them. It's a cozy atmosphere if you eat in, or order to pick up and bring home.

I love pho and am always open to try new places including little hole in the wall places , but hands down this is the Best pho In Houston, the broth is so rich and their portions are huge ! Very clean place and the customer service is amazing! Only thing I must admit I did not like and have given it many chances ........are the shrimp spring rolls , they have an awfully STRONG seafood smell/taste to them, which throws it all off. But overall giving the pho 5 stars !!

Always love coming here. They have great food and great service. I always get the 1C, beef combination pho. They have the sliced meatballs in that one, and the meatballs are super yummy. Been coming here for years. Parking can be a challenge, but that’s a good problem to have. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Came in with my 5 year old and 6 month old. Server said to take a seat anywhere, so we did. Table didn’t have menus and we never got brought one so by the time the server came back and asked if we were ready I said “no we haven’t taken a good look at the menus we just got them from the other table” he simply dismissed me and said he’d be back. My 6 month old dropped soup on the table and we were never asked if we needed any help or anymore napkins or anything for that matter. It was until I got up to ask for the check that we were acknowledged.
Everything was good from service to food. Only criticism I have is I wish had more of this cause oh boy it was so good! But a minor critique I have is when I had the Com Tam, I feel like the meat that I had was a little dry and I wish they had provided a little more fish sauce with it. But overall this place did not disappoint me from food to service. I’ll be back sooner or later!

My favorite pho place in Cypress. There’s almost no place make both good pho and bunbohui. But Pho Ton did a great job on both. It solves my family argument about where to eat because my son always want pho and my husband wants bunbohui. Thanks for the delicious noodle soups!
