Went in to redeem a coupon for a free pasta and ran into some trouble. Chef Rachel came in and resolved the issue quickly. She was very professional and welcoming, a real one for sure.
Chef Rachel is so sweet yall!!! She literally made my day today. I'm a student in the area and lord knows I needed a smile after the exam I took today. Amazing energy and I always feel so much better after I leave here. I come here all that time and don't plan on stopping anytime soon💖
Got the carbonara pasta and it tasted like straight up spoiled milk. Tasted old and even the noodles were hard and undercooked. Looked forward to it after all the good reviews online but def disappointed. Threw mine away and now feeling sick.
