Employees should remember they represent the companys name and the company should do something about the cleanliness of this location. Dress code should also be enforced. This is an embarrassment to all Houstonians. This is the med center. Do you know how many people come from other countries to come to be treated at our hospitals and this is the impression we are leaving!! SMH😱

Chef Jada is fantastic. I made a large order for my organization and they went above and beyond to help me find my way around the Medical Center, to get my order to me in time for my meeting, and to accommodate me safely getting all the food into my truck. She helped me with a smile on her face, which was very comforting because the medical center this time of day has insane traffic and I was stressing. Be sure to give her and her team raises and big fat holiday bonuses.

Great place near Memorial Herman if you’re looking for a quick bite. Q was awesome! Great service and accommodating, especially for a fast casual place.

The short Latina manager with black hair and hair always in a bun always had a nasty attitude and look on her face. Rolled her eyes at me when I told her other locations don’t limit me on my toppings . The slim black girl seems to have an attitude ALWAYS. 1 out of 10. Avoid going when these two are on the clock or one or the other. Your services and experience will be crappy.

Yesterday was my first time trying Piada, and wow was the customer service horrible at this location! I went around 7:45pm on 11/11. My boyfriend and I were very excited to try something new, but the attitude of the two ladies making our bowls ruined the whole experience. I don’t have their names but both had darker complexions and one girl had braids.
I don’t expect workers to be super bubbly, but rolling your eyes to your coworkers, laughing at customers, shouting with attitude and impatience when told it’s our first time here is extremely unacceptable. The main girl serving the food made us both feel very unwelcome and even ignored the rest of the toppings for one order. At that point we didn’t care, paid the $30 for cold pasta and left. The employees should be reminded they are the face of the company and if you can’t work well in customer service, find a different field.
