I picked up nn order for Nick V. It was not ready. It took them 20 minutes, then I had to get the drinks and they refused to pack the drinks with the food. I had to re-bag everything. Very rude!!!!
Ordered grab and go for my wife and 3 year old who have been stuck in the hospital. Walked in after my order should’ve been ready and it wasn’t on the grab and go shelf. I told them who I was after standing there unacknowledged for 10+ min. They bagged and sealed my food probably on time and put it behind the counter instead of just putting it the damn grab and go shelf. So now we have cold pasta, a salad with no dressing and cannoli chips for my 3 year old in the hospital with no dip. Idk how this Piada rates 4.7. Cool the food is good but it’s a nationwide chain. I have never seen people work this slow. It was like watching them exist in slow motion. Garbage crew tonight 7/10/25 at 6:45 in case management wants to can some trash employees.
