I just started working in the Texas Medical Center and came across this Gem of a restaurant Piada I must say this place is amazing and the staff DJ, Quinton, Whitney and Deonte are always so consistent and professional and are the epitome of what service is and are great ambassadors of high quality of food and service Piada is about. They have made a regular costumer out of me. Keep up the great work you all are doing it the right way.

In a world where kindness and patience is a rare commodity, it is refreshing to know that people like Steven are still out here making a difference. Employees are friendly. The food was awesome. Across the street on Fannin from Texas Childrens Hospital. Quiet, clean, friendly atmosphere. We were at the Med Center waiting on a family member to be released from the Hospital. Wasn't to busy. We were lucky. Highly recommend. Will definitely visit again.

Horrible service. They were rude, gave attitude, and refused to give extra items or dressings and sauce even for the custom options. The portion did not fill the entire container. Not worth it to come here. This location has better options in walking distance.Parking: Best thing to do is if you are getting take out park in front of the restaurant and put your hazard lights on
Located in the heart of Houston's medical center, the workers should have more understanding and compassion. I was treated as if I was making them work longer before they close. Food was ok.... but service horrible.

I've been eating here for 4 days while my wife is in the hospital. The food was already great and enough to keep bringing me back. I'm giving them a 5 star because of the food and a positive experience I had.My wife and I were incredibly tired after giving birth. I ordered the wrong thing as she is a vegetarian and I accidentally ordered it with bacon. The manager Steve - was incredibly nice and swapped it out for us. We had a nice conversation about being fathers.Really great experience. The food and extra mile on the service was great. Much appreciated.
