Today on our return trip to Costa Rica, we decided to visit the Pinks Pizza store inside the Houston Hobby Airport. I find it unacceptable that in an airport, where there are passengers from all over the world, with different languages, they are treated with such rudeness, arrogance and haughtiness when ordering a slice of pizza. They should choose their employees better, with a little more empathy and better customer service! I do not recommend in any way that you visit this place, because I can even say that the employee on duty was racist in the way she treated us.

I paid $23 with tip for two slices of pizza and a drink. I also watched a pizza be taken from another customer who didn't want it be handed to me. Then the guy comes from the back trying to be tough guy when I questioned it. They won't have to worry about me or anyone I know going there.

Pink's Pizza was a pleasant surprise! Definitely a solid choice for a bite—way better than expected, especially for Texas and in an airport. Coming from a NY pizza snob. The pizza was fresh, tasty, and hit the spot. Would recommend if you're passing through! Thin crust, for the win.

Solid food option. I have it 4 stars out of 5 because they don’t have an all beef option. Not everyone eats pork. The pizza was good, but I love hamburger/beef pizza and they didn’t have that option unfortunately.

Today 07-20 at 6:20 my family and I encountered a very aggressive cashier whose behavior was entirely unacceptable. From the moment we approached the counter, the cashier was rude and dismissive. Instead of greeting us politely, he snapped at us and seemed irritated by our presence. When we asked for recommendations, and pizza sizes he responded with a hostile tone making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
This type of service is highly unprofessional and not what we expect from a reputable establishment like Pink’s Pizza. It has left us with a negative impression and made us reconsider visiting your location in the future.
We kindly request that you address this issue promptly. Proper customer service training should be provided to ensure that all employees understand the importance of treating customers with respect and courtesy.

They don't answer the phone so don't waste your time calling. They also DON'T wear gloves when serving or taking the pizza off the roller. The guy manager confirmed 'oh we don't answer the phone'. Their pizza is low quality and so is their service! If you're going to pay high, airport prices, don't eat here cuz it's not worth it.

$7.85 for the premium slice isn't bad and it tasted hot and fresh. Quick and affordable bite to eat for the airport.

If you need to eat at the airport I would suggest this place for a slice or two! It’s Thin New York style pizza and it’s FIRE? the beer is a little pricey $15 for one can but each Pepperoni slice was like $7 which is a great price??

Different types of pizza slices were displayed in the counters. What was pleasing was that these were not on display for a particularly long time, but were sold quickly. My pizza was very tasty, but it seemed to have a bit too much fat for me. The taste was good though.

Pizza by the slice!I got the big boss with all the meats. It’s warmed up quickly and doesn’t taste like it sat all day. It was really good.
