I went in here because I ordered a pizza on the app however it didn't show up on there system. When I tried to tell him if maybe the confirmation number helped and showed him my phone he immediately brushed me off and said that doesn't help me. When I sat there ordering again I wanted to be sure it went through this time he left me at the front as I called for help to verify set order and was ignored after I yelled out 3 times

I ordered breadsticks online and they were ready and warm when I arrived, no problem whatsoever. The breadsticks were free thanks for a special in the app so that makes me happy too.
Their phone service is extremely rude. I don't appreciate multiple employees hanging up in my face back to back!!!!

The customer service here is just not good. When you order curbside you still have to go inside and pick up your order last time I order the girl lied and said she was the only one in the store but when I came in multiple workers were in. If you all don’t want to do your job don’t offer that service simple.

Having to put no tip twice, after signing my receipt and pressing on the card reader even after the fact that I didn't add a tip when I ordered in the app, and kinda glad I didn't because yaw didn't even make my pizza right, you guys gave me regular pepperoni instead of the small crispy ones. Also, you guys are not servers or drivers, there's not even a dining area. I'm not gonna tip yaw for doing your job and making food.
