I placed my order at 6:30pm it said it was going to be delivered at 7pm. I called at 7:10pm and they had me on hold for 5 mins and to tell me there was someone with a similar order. So they told me to wait 5-10mins, 25 mins had pass since I called the pizza finally arrived, I wasn’t asked for any compensation for the delayed. First, I like how they called me to inform they didn’t had olives, the people at the desk were very nice. However, I wish they had ask for any compensation, I paid $60 for 2 pizzas and got 30mins after the estimated time

Their pizzas were very good, except that I asked for 3 ingredients and they only gave me a pepperoni one and they charged me for the 3-ingredient one, maybe it was my fault for not checking it before leaving.

Food quality has gone way down. I was in a hurry and tipped and arrived home and the pizza quality (taste and look of it) was not good at all. I will not be coming back.
I called ahead of time before ordering online and asked if they had garlic dipping sauce. There was a young lady (apparently the manager) who answered the phone and said YES they had the garlic dipping sauce. So I proceeded to place my order online. After arriving to the store to pick up my order, I was told there was no garlic dipping sauce by the very rude cashier. I told him the young lady said that it was some garlic dipping sauce and he told me that she's the manager and that she wouldn't say such a thing. He continued to argue with me that she doesn't even answer the phone but she literally answered the phone as he was defending her. I will never order from this pizza hut again unless there is an overhaul of new staff and this current staff and management is gone!!

Omg Raul is best. I thought I forgot the marinara sauce for my godson and I left a great tip so he just took a piece of his tip and paid for the marinara sauce. What is a amazing person to do I gave him 10 stars.
