Don't order here, bad business practices and shady behavior being done here. I just placed an order, 35$, had it completely go through no issues. Site says it's ready, great. Show up to pick up, the restaurant is CLOSED. Absolutely no way for me to get a refund, Pizza Hut has no way to actually talk to a person. On a separate occasion I had this restaurant add a tip to a carryout order that I put 0 with a cross through on the tip line, to my surprise my order later updates in my bank to a higher amount. I took the loss because maybe they did deserve a too but after today, I'm annoyed. I just want my money back and for people to know they do terrible business here.
Worst pizza I got charged for ever I ordered a stuffed crust with extra cheese and sauy... I didn't get it but the receipt showed I was charged for it

Ordered a pizza from them at 5:30 PM. No delivery. Called them at 8:50 PM. Got a person on the phone who was exceptionally rude and started yelling at me. I interrupted her little tirade and she hung up on me. No Food. No Service. No Refund.

If I order a dinner box online which comes with pizza, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks and dip for both according to online then why the hell am I being told to pay for icing on when I walk in the store then when you tell the girl at the front she has an attitude about it like if online say it come with it why should I pay for it when I get in the store

I haven’t gone to this location in years, but I was thrilled to see people leaving one star reviews. Because this place literally deserves one star (i wish there was an option for 0 stars).
This place has nothing but incompetent kids working, and they always reek of marijuana. (If you’re gonna smoke, do it AFTER work.) The employees have terrible customer service and the pizza tastes like hot garbage. This place desperately needs a new manager, and I’ll pray for him/her.

So I specifically ordered a pizza melt with no ham right before the storm today. When I got to the pizza place the app said it should’ve been ready.
I learned My pizza was not ready. I was not greeted with hello, we will be with you. There was no customer service Given when I entered the store. I stood there for about 2 to 3 minutes Before this lady came and asked me my name.
After I gave her my name, she said it would be about five minutes before my pizza would be ready, even though the app said that it Was already done. I get home and my order is wrong. There is ham all throughout my pizza that I’ve had to pick out. So naturally, I called the store.
I was told that I have to drive back up there to bring the pizza back, which I think is absolutely disgusting since I already took a bite into it and explained that over the phone. I also explained that I could send pictures as well And was told per Policy that I needed to bring the Pizza back to the store. Please see the pictures of the ham below that I asked specifically not to be in my pizza.
I feel disgusted that the customer level was so low and that I was asked to bring pizza back during the storm for a mess up that wasn’t even mine.
I’m highly offended and I think that this is horrible customer service.

They literally looks so bad , no hygienic and clean . The lady who served pizza had her pet hair all over her hair , no gloves . Seriously they need to keep themselves clean first they are in food industry people don’t have minimum common sense about their work .
