I honestly wish i could have given this place zero stars. I’ll let them have the 1 star because they did try to make it right. I ordered a pizza with extra meat and extra cheese and it didn’t come with either! The manager was kind and gave me a store credit for my order. Fast forward to a week after and ordered again and unsurprisingly it was not correct either. First of all i ordered a $12 pizza that was $20 and was made incorrectly AGAIN. It had the extra cheeese but not the extra meat and i didn’t get my garlic dip. Also, this order was delivered by a door dash driver who had her boyfriend or whoever he was driving her and my food wasn’t sealed. Needless to say i didn’t even eat it. Money down the drain.Do not waste your money here. The incompetence is at an all time high in this store.The pic is from the first pizza they messed up. The second one went in the trash

The absolute worst place in the area. The worst customer service I’ve experienced in life arguing with each other cussing in front of customers and totally ruining each order that comes in the door. This my second time come thought it was an off night on first visit no. Not at all second was completely worse and should be shut down by corporate immediately. Screaming demeaning and derogatory comments while guest are in front is absolutely disgusting. I would hate to see the back of the restaurant and the cleanliness of it and regulations violations going on.

Ordered 3 specialty pizzas for take-out -- all 3 were completely butchered. I would say they gave me 3 hot-and-ready's, but even Little Caesar's couldn't make a pizza this bad.What I ordered: Hot & Honey, Big New Yorker, and a large stuffed crustWhat I got: Large sauceless pepperoni, Extra-large sauceless pepperoni, large sauceless unstuffed crustI've probably been to Pizza Hut a hundred times in my life, never had any real complaints, but this location is awful. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else.

All the orders they were working are coming to the same place. I personally can cook multiple pizzas in less than 1 hour. Shameful stuff you've been outpizza'd☹️.

I've been coming here for years and personally never had any issues with my order, but I had to give this place one star due to the unprofessionalism of their staff. I was sitting waiting for my order and 4 employees (who presumably were on break) were crowding the already small lobby area and occupying the chairs for the customers and engaged in personal conversations - using profanity and gossiping and saying disparaging things about one of their co-workers (who awkwardly showed up not too long after that, and these same fake employees immediately began smiling to her face and giving her hugs as if they didn't just say that they "hated" her and speculated about her being "homeless" moments earlier). ? What a toxic work environment. And it made me feel incredibly uncomfortable as a customer who had to sit and listen to this nonsense while awaiting my order. I can't believe there wasn't a manager on duty to either ask these employees to take their personal conversations outside or to get back to work. They even said they had a visit from corporate coming the next day. You can't possibly tell me there was nothing productive for these employees to do to prepare, but this is our new workforce unfortunately. The cherry on top was I couldn't carry all of my order in one trip so I had to go back and forth to my car twice but neither of these idling employees cared to assist. The unprofessionalism of this staff alone is reason enough for me to never return.

Y’all never sent me a notification saying that a DoorDash driver was going to deliver it. They wasted their gas coming to drop it off for NOTHING. I had $50 to give them and they didn’t have any change on them. Just bring your employees, I ordered directly in the Pizza Hut app. I’m never ordering from Pizza Hut again. It’s ridiculous that I never got a text message about my order being delivered by DoorDash, it’s just crazy to me.
