I order from here very often, and have been a customer for over 10yrs. My pizzas has always been hot & fresh, Today I had an issue with a door dash driver canceling my order, I called them and they took care of it right away and apologized for the inconvenience, I received my order from one of their drivers who was also nice & polite, Now my pizza wasn’t as hot but it was still delicious and my boneless wings were fresh and hot. So I appreciate the customer service I received today.

The girl in the desk is always in the phone. When some customers ask for the order. She say I don’t know if is ready.. is horrible the way that she talk to the customer. And just on the phone.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! My order was supposed to be delivered between 8:09-8:19 PM but my order didn’t get delivered until 9:56 PM. I called twice to check on my order because the app was not updating and both times they were nonchalant about my issues and put me on hold for over 15 minutes. I finally got a call from the driver and he advised that the orders were backed up and he would deliver it as soon as he could. He was the only one who was helpful and cordial. Something seriously needs to be done about the lack of good customer service at this location.
