I ordered a pizza to have it delivered for dinner- never received any sort of communication in the delivery of my order, the status of it kept saying it was being prepared. The place closed two hours after my order was placed and never received anything. This location is usually late on their deliveries, but this is the first time they just completely disregarded my order. They refunded my payment a couple days after.

Oh my gosh! They are sooooooo rude!!!! I politely, asked for napkins but the lady disappeared and straight ignored me. Not a thank you for choosing pizza hut. Not a hope you have a nice day. Nothing! I will not come back and I don’t recommend this place

Worst location to order delivery from !!! The delivered a whole wrong order and when I call them lady answer the phone and she was like we made mistake and we going send you the right order now 2 hours later after calling and calling so nobody care to answer and I lost $55 plus $10 tip and delivery fees not okay at all

The customer service at 12120 Westheimer Rd should receive a zero out 5. My order was delivered to the incorrect home per the picture the dasher sent me. She then tried to deliver to me 45 minutes after her picking up my food without the bag they use to keep the food warm. She sat my food on top of a TRASH can and was leaving it there for me to pick up. I opened the door and advised her she could take it with her because I definitely didn’t want it. When I reached out to the store to discuss my order for the second time I encountered the very rude employee and manager. I will NEVER order from that location again.

Ordered a large 3-Topping pizza and wings online. The delivery guy came to my place with 2 pizzas that I didn't order and no wings. I had to drive to pizza Hut and return what was delivered and wait for them to prepare my correct order. ????

Been dealing with Cherry (and others) in customer service, about my order that was never delivered due to “no drivers available”. Individuals on both ends are super unhelpful; idk why they even have a customer service line. The communication is nonexistent even when an issue arises. Glad I was able to file a dispute with my bank after never receiving my money back. I was given a $30 credit (less than I spent) to be used at that location only. Without the credit, I would NEVER order at this location # 039252 again. I called the store only to be told the credit was not in the system (same # used) and to call back next day. If the store cannot handle the business, just close this location. The service is not worth it.
Not enough people working had to wait an additional 40 minutes after I placed my order 30 minutes prior online food was not warm. The wings were super soggy. The juice spilled out all in the box so your pizza was tasting like hot chicken wings. Do not go to Pizza Hut.
Parking: There was about six people waiting so parking was bad
