Horrible service. The light skinned guy with freckles who claim to be the manager is very rude and argumentative. My order was wrong and he proceeded to argue with me instead of fixing the problem. Horrible service. And he kept running in and out the store to a white truck to smoke and leaving the establishment unattended. This store really needs some new management who knows how to deal with the public in a professional manner. Go to the store on dairy Ashford and save yourself the hassle of having to deal with a ignorant manager

A few weeks ago I ordered a pizza and they put the wrong topping on the pizza (mushrooms instead sausage). I called the number three times to try and ask for a new pizza but nobody answered.
I tried them again this past weekend and they gave me two toppings instead of three. I checked the pizza before leaving the store this time and told the worker, she said one of the toppings I selected wasn't available and there was nothing they could do because I placed the order online.
I would like to take the time to note the efficiency and professionalism of Mr. Pierre Woods. He provided exceptional customer service to my inquiry regarding my order. It is outstanding as this type of customer service is rare to experience nowadays. Thank you again Mr. Woods.

I came to this location as a Door Dash delivery driver, to make a delivery for my customer and I felt welcomed in this location by Mr.Pierre. He was phenomenal!!! He showed that he wanted to make sure that the customer, have a wonderful experience as well. There are many times as a delivery driver, my experience with some employees or managers, they don't acknowledge your presence when you enter the establishment, to see how they can help. There are many that don't even have the right attitude, even though this is revenue for their company, which allows them to stay in business, to help give them their checks. Mr.Pierre had the right attitude and was very kind, and I as a delivery driver appreciate that. I give him 5 stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst Pizza Hut in Houston HANDS DOWN. Terrible pizza, no customer service, have never once gotten any aspect of my order correct and it’s just a large thin crust pizza a 6 traditional honey bbq wings. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone to try to get your order corrected. Do not order from here. The entire staff should be let go
