I'm extremely disappointed with the service we received from Pizza Hut tonight. Our pizza was scheduled to arrive between 6:00-6:10 pm, but it's now 7:00 pm and we still haven't received it. When my husband called to inquire about the delay, he was put on hold and never returned to. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customers' time is unacceptable. With so many people struggling financially, it's frustrating to have our money wasted on poor service. I would not recommend ordering from this Pizza Hut location.
Update: The delivery driver claims to have made the delivery at 6:10 pm, but surprisingly, there's no pizza here.

Pizza was dry. Few pepperonis on the pie. Not at all like on the ad photos. Worker was rude. He would not acknowledge me until he finished up his texts. Take your business to the Dominoes up the street.

I feel like I'm being generous with my review. First the first delivery driver had the wrong order and then had the audacity to yell at me saying it was my order. Had the right complex, wrong unit. So when I called and when I spoke to the manager, she was rude. As if it was my fault about the issue. Wont be ordering from here again.

Never got my order yet you charged me trying to get a hold of someone was impossible you have some kind of system with people answer and it’s not even Pizza Hut that was extremely annoying then I got transferred finally to someone that actually works at PH and then they also put you on hold forever and then it hangs up 3/4x ALL I WANTED WAS TO GIVE A GATE CODE AND MAKE SURE IT WAS LARGE. Final result I called Dominos and got my pizza in 20min! Very disappointed

I must say while the pizzas here are good quality, the service is almost non-existent! I placed an order over the phone, and arrived probably about 20 minutes later (was across the street shopping at Walmart) only to see that nobody was at the counter. An employee did pop out when she knew someone (me) came in the door just to say she would be with me in a moment. Waited over 10 minutes (I lost count) until she finally came out to take payment and give me my order. I would come here again, but your employees need to step up their game. If you're understaffed, hire some more people!
Absolutely terrible customer service at this location. However pizza was good, it’s just the customer service is terrible

Don’t Order From this Pizza Hut. If you order online they will route your Order through a third party Delivery service. Also I’ve been in here around 7pm and saw an employee Mopping the floor and handling the food at the same time without gloves 🤮. Their attitude is also atrocious.

I ordered a pizza to have it delivered for dinner- never received any sort of communication in the delivery of my order, the status of it kept saying it was being prepared. The place closed two hours after my order was placed and never received anything. This location is usually late on their deliveries, but this is the first time they just completely disregarded my order. They refunded my payment a couple days after.
