I just ordered pizza for the staff here at the hospital, it said it arrived but no one has shown up. I'm calling and being placed on hold. What happened to this place?

This place needs a new staff. Starting with the manager. I went to buy food. She was rude. When I told her she is rude and un professional. The cook came out of the kitchen yelling profanity, slamming doors. Because he did not like the fact that I complained. All while I’m waiting for my order. Threatened to fight me and then said he was armed. The manager made no effort to de escalate the situation. If you do got there and complain be prepared to deal with this un professional service. I just threw away my food. I lost my appetite and I did not trust if they made my food correctly. I called corporate office and I recorded the incident on my as well. I have not gotten any reply from there corporate office. Just Horrible

I came here yesterday evening, I saw 2 homeless people sitting outside. The whole parking lot to this place is all coned off except Burger King. If you walk in the door or even open the frozen beverage freezer, it makes the emergency exit alarm sound go off until you close the door, so what a stupid setup there. I ordered me and my family a pizza and sodas. When I got to the hotel and opened up the pizza box, they messed up our order. This place is very sketchy.
Do not come to this place!!!!!!!!!!!! Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!

The tall old Moreno who works there has tremendous bad form, I placed an order with him and he started speaking in a bad way and raising his voice, how unpleasant, people like that should not work with the public, what they do is scare away customers.

I've waited 2 hours for my food. Unacceptable! My order was cold and incomplete. I couldn't eat on my lunch break due to me waiting on food. I placed order at 1050am, arrival time was 1120. I called them they said their oven is down. I finally get my food2 hours later ,it's cold missing items. I've been ordering from pizza hut for more than a decade! I wanted my money back they wouldn't honor it. I spent $40 on this order

The man who made the delivery, here at the hospital when he called the phone, was rude, he did not have a bit of politeness to speak and give the location where he was, let's see if they put more ethical people to work with you for the deliveries .
Parking is a joke and I waiting forever on the food just to be told they forgot the breadsticks. Altogether a joke.
