Chef Daniele's signature slow dough prepared with organic, stone ground flour and allowed to ferment for 48 hours. The same dough we use in our restaurants. One dough ball - makes one pizza.
SAN MARZANO TOMATO SAUCE
Made simply from san marzano dop tomatoes, grown for Pizzana on our plot in Southern Italy. The same sauce we use in our restaurants. Makes two pizzas.
FIOR DI LATTE
Imported Italian fior di latte carefully selected for its rich flavor, low moisture and dreamy melting properties. The same cheese we use in our restaurants. Makes two pizzas.

Love love this place! We stopped by for happy hour pizza! Which was absolutely delicious and delightful!! The braised beef pizza was one of the best toppings I’ve ever haddd. I ordered the Pignatiello which is braised short rib!! Best ever Happy hour pizza is such a great idea. I will definitely be back for more also parking is available again the establishment

Dinner with some friends, atmosphere is good and the restaurant looks nice. Service was on the spot and pizzas were ready after 10 mina of order. Second time here, i would suggest Cacio e Pepe and Diavola, definitely superior than the classic margherita

We wanted to try this new pizza spot from California. They serve neapolitan style pizzas with Michelin credentials. We ordered 2 pizzas (Cacio E Pepe with pepperoni and the Margherita al Crudo) and a pasta dish (Creste alla Vodka). Pizzas were nicely charred. Our table really enjoyed the pasta...especially with an order of bread.
