Chef Daniele's signature slow dough prepared with organic, stone ground flour and allowed to ferment for 48 hours. The same dough we use in our restaurants. One dough ball - makes one pizza.
SAN MARZANO TOMATO SAUCE
Made simply from san marzano dop tomatoes, grown for Pizzana on our plot in Southern Italy. The same sauce we use in our restaurants. Makes two pizzas.
FIOR DI LATTE
Imported Italian fior di latte carefully selected for its rich flavor, low moisture and dreamy melting properties. The same cheese we use in our restaurants. Makes two pizzas.

Pizzana always hits. Their Cacio E Pepperoni pizza is my fav. So when I found out their pasta of the month for February was cacio e pepe, we had to try it out. It is by far the best cacio e pepe pasta we have tried! So far we plan on coming once a week for February, hoepfully the cacio e pepe pasta makes it to the menu permanently.

I ordered a Caesar salad through DoorDash and added chicken. At first, I thought the chicken was missing, but hours later when I went to throw the bag away, I realized it was there all along, neatly packed in a small white box that blended perfectly into the bag. Totally my oversight! The food is always delicious, and this just reassured me that they really do get your DoorDash order right. Great experience as always. Please disregard my negative report to the manager!! 😩😩

Food was great, service was fast but they only give you one coke and you have to keep asking. atmosphere was nice but a little bit too noisy. They told us to eat fast because there was a booking on the table. Over all o liked the place and will definitely come book and come back.
