HORRIBLE service. Unorganized, my family and I came from out of town to celebrate birthdays and we paid a deposit for a section and the staff tried to move us out of the section to put their friends in it and try to leave us high and dry. They tried to charge us on bottles when they already have their price list online, and the whole experience was just absolutely disgusting.

The short bartender with the fake booty was sooo rude. My first time in Houston and I’ve never experienced a place where everyone was rude. I was at the bar looking at the menu and she snatched the menu and walked off. They gave me the wrong drink, after all that, we just left and went to another club. My friend that was with got a tequila sunrise at 10 and it was $12. He went back for another one and they charged him $22. I suggest going to 5015. I liked their vibe better.

This place only cares about your money. I strongly advised to take your hard earned money to an establishment that CARES. If you want to buy a section with people who don’t respond, disrespect you and don’t care about your fun book here. This place is a nightmare. I don’t see how they still in business. Security will straight out harass you until they can find a reason to escort you out. I will never ever come back to this place again.

Was hella disappointed! I ordered a table and a bottle, the casamigos was definitely cut with something and the waitress can’t harassing us about a reservation that we showed multiple people
If I could give zero stars, I would, this place was not it. False Advertisement, Outrageous pricing, Rude staff the list goes on. You would think to be treated with some type of kindness, especially when you’re spending hundreds of dollars. I booked a black section ahead of time plus sent $100 fee when I arrived they said my name was not on the list fast-forward to when we enter. It was not a section at all. It was a small table right by the entrance when I say a small table I mean a SMALL table with 4 uncomfortable chairs (I told them ahead of time it was a group of 5). The ground was uneven , really cold with no heat lamps. We ended up leaving it wasn’t even worth staying. 0/10 would no recommend.

This is a great place if you wanna go broke. Parking was $45 NO VALET. ENTRY FOR WOMEN $40. The small drinks were $15. Then you have to either pay for a section or a $50 minimum to sit at a table outside. Otherwise, you're just standing in heels. Or sitting away from the bar, possibly.
