The chicken was very bad, it was very old, hard and had a bad taste. My family has bought free-range chicken for a long time but not anymore because everything changed and to bad news, the two types of free-range chicken came out very bad. I always pass by this restaurant, I really like chicken, but now it was my last time. I always ask for my mixed pieces of chicken and they give them to me exactly as I ordered them. Now I explained to the lady how I wanted them and she told me that they cost more that way. I told her that I always asked for the same thing and they gave them to me because of the price that appeared on the screen and she answered me so harshly that maybe I would go to other restaurants and they would give them to me like that but they couldn't give them like that. It was a pleasant visit for me

Terrible service, I ordered a combo at the drive tru. And they only gave me the chicken and the drink and when I got to the window I asked for ketchup, the boy told me he didn't have any and he closed the window on me. And when I wanted to ask what happened to the potatoes and the boy left and didn't want to help me anymore. And it's not the first time similar things have happened to me.

On 12/30/2024 I owed 2 breasts due to the distance, I had not been able to come and claim them, and now that I came they did not want to answer me, I showed them my payment but not the invoice because obviously I do not have it but I do not like what they did to me wasting time when they should have resolved... if you are a customer, I reviewed your order before leaving because they always make mistakes with the order

The restaurant on Hwy 6 just passed Bellaire Blvd. That place is as racist as any restaurant can get. When visited by blacks the food is tempered with, on one occasion. Once I got home with my order and looked at it. It appeared as if it came out of the trash. On three occasions before that I ordered the exact same thing and each time the price kept getting higher and higher. When I brought that to the manager's attention, it was that third visit my food appeared to have come from a dumpster. That place and its staff cannot be trusted to do the right thing, with your money or food. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THAT PLACE!!!
