Excellent excellent customer service I ordered a barbecue chicken sandwich and I received a regular chicken sandwich went back in to notify the employee Brianna and with no hesitation she remade the burger and let us keep the burger that was a mistake for the inconvenience. Now that's what you call perfect customer service thank you I will be back
Best chicken breast combo, staff in the drive window, could be more friendlier with their customers, smiling and being polite to customers, other then that it's a good place to have lunch.
KURDOS to new Management on Jensen@Tidwell. The biscuits have been buttery & flaky; the chicken HOT & FRESH; window service is on point! I guess they are training the new group or frying more orders, cause Sunday i had to wait more than 30mins! I surely did not mind cause my 2-can dine, was ON TIME!!
