The lady was very rude....she is throwing people food down on the counter and cursing everyone out..my aunt has disabilities and she was very rude and the phone never work and she said she spit on the chicken

My first mistake was going to Popeyes on Cullen. They didn't even bother to finish cooking the chicken! Disgusting!
Edit: Since you've asked me to clarify what time and location, the review was left under the specific location and the receipt is now attached. This is so unsanitary and you best believe it was reported to the health department. They purposely served this undercooked chicken because they didn't have what I ordered ready. This is a clear indication that food safety is nonexistent at this establishment.

Food was ordered on a app 45 minutes. Everybody lobby gone. My grandson is sitting there still waiting to pick up my order, never addressed him would he need it and what he was waiting on can you receive their order and left Popeyes representative at the register standing there bothering her. Finish talking to the person at the window come out give them a hug walking to the door then come back in. Still two steps back from the register madamr we here to pick up order he's waiting.. she said about my grandson it'll be a minute they changing shifts and no food is ready

The tall gentleman I don't know his name I think he is either the manager or supervisor. This gentlemen is an amazing person, he always has smiling face and so very polite. I watch him not only with me but with all of his customers the same amazing way. I want to say thank you Sir. Because of him, I no longer go to Church's chicken which just a mile or so away. I apologize not remember his name but I will find out.

sat in the drive thru line for well over 30 mins. finally get up to the menu…. have to sit and wait over 5 minutes before they even speak and then i get told to hold on…. i’m sitting there for another 10+ mins before they finally ask for my order…. do not come here unless you have all night to sit and wait. Maybe if the employee at the front counter wasn’t so busy flirty with a bunch of guys who had walked in right before they locked the doors this wouldn’t be an issue…. who knows
