I just left this place, I was there for about 10 minutes and no one was at the register to take my order, they all knew I was there, actually 4 people....but they just didn't care, just looked at us and did not even acknowledge the fact that we were there to place an order. Only one car thru the drive through window....and yet we were completely ignored. We tried to get their attention but no one cared at all. We left

I had a terrible experience at Popeyes. When I ordered chicken tenders, they literally cut one in half and counted it as two pieces. That’s just wrong and feels like a scam. On top of that, the service was slow and the staff wasn’t helpful at all. Very disappointing. I won’t be coming back.

Everytime I go to this location they forget my Ranch. I was more worried about my apple pie that was missing to notice the Ranch this time. Other than that love the spicy chicken tenders and the pie was good as well.

I bought spicy chicken and received mild. I called and the lady Nidia or Lydia tried to argue with me about it and I’m telling her I know what I received. Then she told me Popeyes changed the seasoning. I just had the spicy chicken two days ago. When I asked yall changed the seasoning in two days? She couldn’t answer. The manager Sandra wanted me to come back and she didn’t even get on the call when I asked to speak with the manager. I couldn’t come back as I was already on another side of town. I’m a chef and have a very successful catering company and this is not how I treat my customers and I’m highly upset!
