We love to go through the drive-thru with our black lab, the girl in the window just loves him . The chicken is fresh and delicious and we always have had great experiences. Really good food

Chicken taste like old grease. The cashier Jocelyn had a bad attitude and very rude. I was not satisfied with any of my items I purchased today at lunch

I ordered a breast,and it was awful.overcooked,no meat just hard crust and the wing was just as awful. How can u not care? To send that to a customer. You wouldn't give that to your family. Very disappointed.

This Popeyes is very wrong on ever way, they charge you for every single thing. I ordered my food they asked me what was my side I said Mac n Cheese, they said it’s 1$ extra for it then I asked for some sweat heat they said it’s 50 cents per sauce smh. Hopefully they don’t charge to use the restroom.

Chicken was cold and bland at 11am. Service is far below subpar.

Not sure what happened but the prices have doubled and the portions are smaller. They only fill up the containers of red beans and rice halfway AND they are already made sitting in a warmer. No longer do they turn around and put your red beans in a container. Now they just grab it and throw it in a bag. Old, dry and crusty, straight into your bag that you just paid an arm and a leg for. Nope.

Yo, tonight, I was sitting in the drive-through line and the at the window Stefanny decided to pull my car for a sandwich mean while I’ve waited in line 15 mins and watched them serve everyone else then my turn comes and boom oh ma’am can you pull to the front like rally now I feel some type of way like I shop here everyday now I gotta start driving to the other Popeyes …. Then when the food is brought out order completely wrong this is crazy work here at its finest then they look at me stupid when I go inside to correct it then that become a problem because their about to close like get it together the first time then please and thank you just aggravated

Cashiers were unaware of deals placed on their menu and was asking for a code. When I looked up the coupon, it was completely different meal deal. They said that they didn’t have the coupon code or the button on their screen show it shouldn’t be on their menu if they don’t have the deals on their screen.

The cashier at the drive thru just took money from me, in total I had to pay like 19$ but I had 18$ cash and I was gonna pay the rest with card and she comes telling me my total to pay with card was 8 dollars and I just asked for my money back and left the store and when I counted it I was missing 5 dollars which doesn't make any sense since she was saying I still had to pay 8$

This place is hit and miss. Sometimes the food is good and fresh and sometimes not as fresh but still ok. Same with the customer service. Depends on who's there, you may or may not get greeted or thanked. The worst customer service I experienced here was from a manager( the supposed example setter) and my best experience was from a regular employee. I wish I knew their names so I could recognize them!

Go to this location all the time and honestly the only issues I have is sometimes the orders isn’t right and that happened about 4 times . Other than that it’s really good
