Not sure what happened but the prices have doubled and the portions are smaller. They only fill up the containers of red beans and rice halfway AND they are already made sitting in a warmer. No longer do they turn around and put your red beans in a container. Now they just grab it and throw it in a bag. Old, dry and crusty, straight into your bag that you just paid an arm and a leg for. Nope.

This place is hit and miss. Sometimes the food is good and fresh and sometimes not as fresh but still ok. Same with the customer service. Depends on who's there, you may or may not get greeted or thanked. The worst customer service I experienced here was from a manager( the supposed example setter) and my best experience was from a regular employee. I wish I knew their names so I could recognize them!

Pretty good score. I went there and my app was going crazy! But I figured it out and while I was going through, one of the workers came out to the empty lobby and started sweeping by my feet I was so annoyed I gave an extra star because I did get an extra piece of chicken and didn’t have to wait that long after I finally ordered but that sweeping near my feet s Made me agitated.
