If I could give 0 starts to this review I would do it. One of the worst Popeyes locations i have been in Houston. The guy at the drive thru really sucks does not give you your order correct and they take for ever to give you the order and all they tell you is to wait minutes for the food it’s insane. You have the manager and all employees outside the restaurant chilling, talking and smoking cigarettes like they don’t care about there job duties it’s ridiculous the people could still have a job like this and not get fired they need to take care of this location better because all they are doing make this place nasty miserable and really poor customer service and would never return back to this location and I recommend nobody to come here either. And to give me my food it took them more than 30 minutes it’s insane.

They are super busy all the time, great service! I know some customers can drive them insane (I've seen it), but I love how they stay level headed when an order is messed up. The food is soooo good , I think they add an extra lil flavor to the batter and extra butter to them biscuits .

Terrible from start to finish. Pulled up started telling my order, in the middle of the cashier taking our order he just stops talking to us and starts having a conversation with the car in front of us (presumably). After 5 mins or so we can finally proceed with placing our order. Pull to the window and they ask us to pull around for the fries. Wait about 7mins for the fries, order comes out, order is incorrect and food is cold. Went back in for fresh food they finished half the order, before starting the other half. As I'm waiting a guy not in popeyes uniform pulls up with a stack of chaffing dishes, walk straight to the kitchen, and start taking an order. I watched all this happen within 15secs. When we finally did get the remade food, order was still missing a biscuit. Asked the manager about it, and she ignored me twice. Another customer also complained about a missing biscuit. I was raised by my gma so I always check my food and I recommend everyone do the same!

I ordered online 15 minutes before I arrived and still need to wait for another 25 minutes before I can get my food. What's the point of ordering food online if that's the case.

Have the audacity to over charge me for legs and wings only but gave me the opposite just because they didn't want to cook more . I even told them I would wait for

We waited 45 minutes for an online order that the staff said would be another 15 when we got there. Everything was disgusting in the store, the bathrooms were 'out of order,' and the employees were standing around picking their noses. Gross.
