I was in line to order but the cashier took my friend order, walked off, the manger then assumed that I didn't want to order ? and he greeted the next customer ? I was so upset ? that I almost didn't buy food for my granddaughter but I did and only for her. I am tired of people that do not speak English ? not meeting the customers needs ? I left one other location were the restroom was not working but the other location was serving food ? on the inside ? nasty ? my granddaughter enjoyed her food but I was left hungry because those people have no respect for the elderly

Popeyes wants to give you what you want, they didn't sell us regular chicken, I wanted a family combo and they said they didn't have any, they wanted to sell us only combos, each one is very ugly, it hurts. May they be like this in seven restaurants

The quality of the actual chicken was bad- hadn’t been in a while- and they still messed up the order.
I usually always go in the afternoon and they always serve me very well. The customer service is good and I feel at home when I visit this place. All the employees are very friendly and do everything possible to help you.

Wish i could give no stars i placed a mobile pick up order when i got to store they was just giving out orders when i got to counter to pick up they tried to hand me someone else order told them it was wrong order they told me they gave my order out to someone else then they were very rude about it i showed them on my phone that it was my order and still told me they dont know what i should do they already gave out my order then had the nerve to call a manager over the phone to tell me they gave out my order to someone else

The manager was so bad and got mad at me for wanting a refund after they took 30 minutes with my order. I understand there’s not many staff but she could’ve let me know how long it would’ve take and I wouldn’t have agreed.

I bought 4 pieces of Tuesday special chicken last night, and one of the chicken thighs tasted weird. The chicken tastes sour and the chicken skin is like a rubber band. I felt uncomfortable and nauseous after eating it. I'm probably not the only one who bought sour chicken that day. Please pay attention to the storage time and food safety of the chicken. Thanks

I pulled up to the drive-thru I said hello four or five times no one else in the Drive-Thru line 10:35 a.m. in the morning weekday no one responded so I pull up to the window young Spanish lady took my order and the supervisor came behind her and told her don't take my order because I just pulled up to the drive-thru window and didn't wait on someone to take my order I told the Spanish guy supervisor that I have been saying hello on the speaker 4 or 5 times he got very rude loud and slammed the window in my face and pulled out his phone and started pretending like he videoing me the Young Spanish lady had already had my credit card in her hand about to ring me up but he was being so rude he told her to give my credit card back without my food worst experiments I ever had Popeyes need to be close that store down 9510 Beechnut better off getting some dogs to run that place wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.
