I would like to speak to an customer representative, I went into the store to pick up my order waited in front of the mobile pick to be helped no one said anything to me just kept passing over me like I was not standing there then once I picked up an bag I was questioned very aggressively about an order that was mine once I showed proof that the order was mine I still had missing items and when I told them I was questioned aggressively once again on why I was missing items and when I let the cashier know “Shayla “ I have been waiting here and no one didn’t say my order number nor the name it was under she replied “ next time you come in have an seat then your number will be called while rolling her eyes and having an attitude “ I explained to her the order number and name should be called rather or no I am standing or sitting I have standing in front of you and no one has helped I pointed out two other employees who saw me standing there who made eye contact with me who also told her they say me standing there for the past 25 minutes as I was talking she kept rolling her eyes and cutting me off I asked her for an manger who is “ patty “ she asked me what was going Rudely I told her what happened and explained that I wanted an apology on how rude and nasty Shayla was being then she turned around to her point her finger at me and talking in Spanish and they both laughed I got their names and asked for the cooparte number Evelynn another manger said they didn’t have the number and I’m making an big deal out of nothing this is the worse service I have ever received and will never eat at another Popeyes again I am completely disgusted

This is the second time I’ve had a mobile order and gone through drive thru, asked to wait, only to have to park and go inside because no one brings my food out. Then the food is just sitting there. This time I had to tell what seemed like the manager that he needed to do his job and in turn he tried to blame others instead stopping his conversation that wasn’t work related and attending to the customer. Let’s get it together.

I ordered a six-piece wing yesterday and got an actual wing that counted for six pieces I think the picture would do more justice. Y'all trash for for saucing a wing part of the chicken. I'm finna bring that joint back to y'all too.

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION.
I went inside to order a chicken sandwich to go. It took 29 minutes to get my order. People were working hard but the place is so disorganized that it took forever to get a simple order ready.
I would have walked out but when you put your order in at the kiosk you have to pay--then you are trapped. They need to hire someone from Chik Filet to show them how to prepare meals in a timely manner.

I like this Popeyes! They have no problem with making my food fresh and the service is always A1 ! Evan, I believe, took our order in the drive through lane and he is very polite and has very good customer service. this will be my go to Popeyes from now on ! Great work guys!
