06/02/2026 12:15am I wanted to make a complain on the manager Mercedes She Is So Freaking Rude I’m here to buy not for her to give me free food she kept having bad attitude 😤😤😤is like girl and then she talking to another customer screaming what is that then she ask us do we want ketchup and close tue door on us like girl you shouldn’t be a manager with this nasty attitude 😤

I was charged for two Frozen Lemonades that were never provided.

That should have been the biggest problem with this order. It wasn't.

The fried pickles were mostly hard, over-fried breading with barely any pickle inside. Some pieces were nothing but batter. The red beans and rice were unacceptable and are shown in the attached photos exactly as they were served. Watered down soup beans and hard crunchy rice on top (mostly just rock rice).

What concerns me is that none of these issues required a careful inspection to catch. The missing drinks were obvious. The condition of the food was obvious. Yet the order was still prepared, packaged, and handed to a customer.

If basic order accuracy and food quality standards are being ignored this openly, what other standards are being ignored when customers can't see them?

Drive thru workers do not listen effectively. The food and service is horrible every time.
I thought they would've improved by now, but noooooo.

This time I placed a small order.
I asked for red beans and rice and fries, they read back mashed potatoes and fries SMH.
I corrected them and restated my order, and still received mashed potatoes which don't even rhyme with read beans and rice. Maybe it was a language barrier on top of the trash service and food.

All the workers were rude at the window and looked like they didn't want to be there. This team is very rude. They also lack basic customer service skills and food preparation skills.

They should replace the workers at this location to protect whats left of the brand. Golden Chick should replace this location.

I like popeyes food, so I'm biased already. But this location doesn't mess up the food and the service, if you speak Spanish, is fast and friendly. With that said, I did notice their attitudes change from apathetic to omg he one of us when I ordered in Spanish. They even hooked me up.
