Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is usually my go to Popeyes place even though it’s a bit far from my house and I haven’t ever had a complaint until today. I ordered a family bundle and received everything except my large order of fries, I called the phone number that’s on google and turns out it’s disconnected, I checked the phone number on my receipt and turns out it’s the same one! So if I’m not able to go back in person, how am I supposed to get in contact with the manager??? For that reason I decided to give 3 stars only, very disappointed and unprofessional

So how am I going to correct the guy at the drive-through that I wanted a large mashed potatoes and not a regular mashed potatoes and throw in another regular mashed potatoes it says no charge but it’s still not equivalent to a large mashed potatoes which is what I needed. You should’ve just listened to me and let me pay for another large mashed potatoes like I said I wanted to

The Butterfly shrimp taste gross , not fresh. It wasn't that busy. There no excuse, cook food fresh at all times

Came on my lunch break 5/15/2026 and the customer service Angel ( the manager) provided was amazing he asked me how my day was and the food was hot. Thank you for brightening my Friday.

I go there once a week. And everytime they always missing things, but i always go back because i go for the food not the service.. is always drive tru.

I have to specify dark meat because the cheese white meat is always so DRY Sometimes I forget to order it all dark and when I get home, sure enough is dry as can be. I think only once was it moist.

You would think that food can't get that bad at a fast food place... This has got to be the worst food I've ever had from any popeyes I've ever visited. I called several times and no one picked up. I ordered a 3 piece spicy with 2 sides (rice and beans and mac and cheese). The chicken was over cooked, the breast was so dry like this is from yesterday dry. The red beans tasted like the rice was dried out because it had been sitting all day or old and reheated and they mixed with the beans.... the Mac and cheese had no real cheese on it hardly like they scraped the last of what they had. I really want my money back. The food was so horrible I don't even want to go to popeyes ever again period. I''m sure there's no way it's the first time this had happened. Do yourself a favor and just cook at home or spend the money and go to a real restaurant or Chick-fi-le or Raising Canes. This Popeyes does not even deserve 1 star. Also can you play stay answering your phone???? You're a whole business, doing business publicly!!!!! Lawwwwwd no! The food was so bad it's inn the trash smh. Wasted money. I'm so happy I played blessed the food at least I won't get sick from it...

Food great just a little pricey. Need to bring back Cajun Rice. Dumb move to stop serving it.

The staff here is so disgusting and rude. They didn’t have something that i ordered online and the day Mexican had an attitude with ME because they didn’t have it. He didn’t offer a refund. Didn’t offer to fix it. Kept telling me BYE and trying to push me away. I’m so extremely upset! People come here on their lunch breaks to eat not to get treated like crap.

Whole night crew needs to be replaced. Starting with the shift leader/supervisor that didn’t want to provide her name. The young boy on the register front counter Tyler with his nasty attitude, I work in customer service and I would be embarrassed to have him represent my team or the company. The two ladies in the back that kept on laughing at me and my mom’s situation, Angel & Alayia. If you don’t enjoy your job then don’t work in customer service. I will be calling the store tomorrow morning to speak with the GM 🗣️
