We all know that prices have gone up everywhere but we keep coming to support our local franchise but when the manager does not show any courtesy of the community that always buys from them and even waits in line to feed the family, at least they can offer a drink or apple pie for waiting 7 minutes in line. Just saying.

I donât know whatâs going on at this Popeyes, but the staff clearly isnât trained or prepared to handle basic service. The line moved at a snailâs pace, and the employees looked completely overwhelmed, even though it wasnât that busy. Simple tasks took forever, and it felt like no one was communicating with each other. Orders were piling up, people were waiting everywhere, and no one seemed to be in charge. I have order in this place on tuesday special. I have to wait over 30 minutes still didnot get my food. All car behind me are gone, but I am still waiting.
Worst Popeyes location Iâve been to! I went inside to place an order, all of the available tables were dirty and the customer service is terrible! The âmanagerâ KARLA GOMEZ is the rudest one! If you go inside she wonât take your order, completely ignore you and instead laugh with coworkers. Donât waste your time or money at this place I know I wonât!

I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. I called to place an order, and a girl answered the phone. In the middle of giving my order, she hung up on me. I tried calling back around 15 times, but no one answered. When I arrived at the restaurant, the same girlâwho introduced herself as Jessica and claimed to be the managerâwas extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She didn't listen to my concerns and raised her voice instead. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Definitely not going back.
