The salesperson was very polite. The other server messed my order up. After driving home I brought my food back and placed another order. Because of the error and blank trip I did not have to pay extra. The original server was very pleasant and apologized.

Ordered online received notification that order was ready. I went to pick it up 20 minutes after the app told me to come. When I got there, it was Tuesday and extremely busy, but my order was not ready, and I had to wait 15 extra minutes for my order. The food was good, biscuits usually hard like hockey pucks. I think they need to get the online service for pick up polished up and re-evaluated

Throw the whole Popeyes away. Worst Popeyes I don’t know who the owners are they must not care how the establishment is being ran. Horrible horrible management all kids nobody seems to understand I pay for what I want with my money you don’t give me what you have because you don’t feel like making more chicken. Asked for a 10pc spicy got 6 mild and 4 spicy girl told me ,”well only those are mild” what did I pay for ? Have the audacity to argue with you . Chicken is always fried in old grease , half filled portions of sides . Always a wait with only 2 cars in the line . Once again the management is HORRIBLE young kids just there for a check . Please get this Popeyes in order

Made an order through uber eats, not the first time there was missing items in the order. Should require the ability to read at a 3rd grade level during the hiring process.
Long time to order, long time to get your food. Act like they didn't know what they were doing. My wing was Luke warm the crust was so hard I thought my teeth were going to break or crack eating. Over all I would give them a zero. Drive thru they can put anything off on people's. The food was awful and cold. So sad spending your hard work money or fixed income or how ever you get your money wants a good meal at the end of the day.

And when she got there she had a very bad experience with the manager named Erika with very bad form and a hostile attitude, she treated her badly and did not give her a convincing explanation why he couldn't hire her.
