I’ve had issues almost every time I visit this place. I’ve received the wrong order twice, and on my most recent visit, the food was served cold. The boneless chicken was not fresh and tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Consistency and food quality are important, and unfortunately my experiences have been disappointing. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving order accuracy and serving fresh, hot food to customers.

I ORDERED A BIG BOX WITH TWO SPICY CHICKEN BREAST, FRIES AND MAC N CHEESE, I DIDNT GET THE MASH AND GRAVY OR RICE AND BEANS DUE TO DIETARY RESTRICTIONS. AND A SWEET ICED TEA, GUESS WHAT, I DIDNT GET MY ICED TEA, AND GUESS WHAT?!?! I GOT RICE AND BEANS WITH MASH AND GRAVY.... ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

First here at this location upon walking in it was clean yet EXTREMELY HOT NO AC! Ordered our food then was told we have no ranch the truck does come til tomorrow.Then was told machine out there doesn’t work I have to make your drinks.i asked for honey she stated ok. Along with the meals placed and order to go. Upon receiving the meals all meals were brought to the table. Then was told we don’t have and honey . The ice tea was hot as if it was just made! I absolutely want be returning to this location.

My reviews have been removed over 6 times. I have had food poisoning all night long and wasnt even able to move until 3pm today. The drive thru didnt give me my recipt but I have it on my bank transaction. I only took two bites of the chicken it was so dry and I was starving after my 12 hour shift for uber. These people have been rude and jerking me around for an hour cause I wanted something done. Now I cant post my photos. I've also gone through the reviews and seen several 5 star reviews from employees that were present that night. Curious... Update i have sores all over my throat from vomiting, if im not better in a day I will go to the hospital and take legal action!

There has been several occasions that my chicken tasted like it was cooked in old grease. This location and the bissonnet and cook location really makes Popeyes look bad. I have not ever tried krispy Crunchy chicken that's also not far from my home but i'm considering it. Today they left my pregnant daughters food out the bag that she had walked to get. This is substandard service.

Will never go again. 12$ for such a small drumstick (buffalo wing) and wing, and breast. What they call a scoop of mash and teaspoon of gravy. Popeyes rips you off. KFC 🍗 HERE I COME.
