The only Popeyes that has nice workers. Everyone here does their job with a smile on their faces. They are also fast and usually always get the order correct. This is my favorite Popeyes location.

This is the worst Popeyes, and that's saying a lot. The manger is a rude bitter, burn out who clearly does not want to work. She ignores the customers and and when an entire line out of the door asks if they can please order now after standing there for 20 minutes, she just gives dirty looks. There's three people working on the same order for the drive thru while ignoring everyone up front.

I don't know who they have managing the place but they have way better customer service now and the people that are working there actually seem to be enjoying themselves with smiles on their face which is a good thing to see

The staff was super friendly and tried their best to get my order right. I had a weird shaped chicken sandwich that was thick on half of the sandwich. This caused my sandwich to be inedible. It was rubbery and didn’t taste right whatsoever. I wish they would’ve taken their time before throwing a sandwich in the fryer. Nice people working fast but seems like a little too fast. At least the fries were hot and good.

Ordered a 4 pc. The chicken must have been cooked at opening. I ordered at 4:15 pm. Asked for the spicy side of things, and the skin unusually dark and feel off like it was a fossil. I was disappointed 😔. Famished with no time to return, I ate what I would have taken back in a heartbeat. Popeyes on Lyons, y'all got me this time....

Brianna has such a well personality got my order right didn’t mind that I had to add something to it. Staff was quick with the order I didn’t even have time to finish my review before it arrived definitely will be coming back again and hoping Brianna will be there to take my order again. The building smelled like old mop water. The chicken was dry and Luke warm. Fries was simi cold hard stiff and limp at the same time. Cashier dont greet you the staff standing around on their phones

I was in the drive-thru for 15 minutes. The cars did not move. So I decided to go inside. Which was the worst and best decision of the evening. As soon as I go in there's another extremely long line but there's also a roach crawling on the wall right by the kitchen. Needless to say I won't be coming back to this location.
