That's funny at some point this place was great but today I have to change my 5 star review down to a 1 because I tried to use the drive thru. I stated my order which was then repeated back incorrectly, I change the wording so he can better understand and someone completely irrelevant jumps on the speaker to rudely and condescensingly correct me. Since you were there the whole time listening to the order why don't you tell him how to ring it up right instead of yelling at me for explaining it incorrectly He's paid to deal with you I'm not going to pay money to deal with your idiocy

Got my order wrong in the drive through, and when I went in to get the missing item, I was served by a guy who literally said not a word to me. No greeting. No apology. Nothing but a glare. I got no receipt in the drive through so I can't report the wrong order. I also discovered when I got home that I got the wrong pieces of chicken. The total experience probably took 25 minutes also. Awful.

First, this is the only location that charges $ for dipping sause. Then I ordered the surf & turf. The chicken stripes were the size of Macdonald nuggets & the employee at the drive-through didn't even speak English. Also, i ordered mild, and i ended up with spicy. But how can they get the order right if they can't even speak English? This is the USA, hire someone who speaks English!!!

I got bone in wings even though I had asked for boneless wings. This has happened before but this time I actually cried because I was looking forward to eating some boneless chicken wings after a long day, but I had lost my appetite bcs I bit into a bone and was devastated.
This is the worst Popeyes. I have been to in years. I pull up to ask for chicken tenders. The guy doesn’t even respond to me for about 5 minutes after saying hello a bunch of times he responds and says you’ll have to wait 10 minutes. Why didn’t you tell me that five minutes ago?
The time I went before that the food was old. The chicken was not fresh and biscuits are hard.
Of the three times that I’ve been to this location no one has ever offered to make my situation, right after I voiced my dissatisfaction.
I would have escalated but I was already late getting were I needed to be waiting on them.

I visited this location this afternoon and the lady at the window service was great but this chicken is not fresh whatsoever ever and I have this to my 6 year old child they literally mixed the fresh leg with this old chicken and now my daughter stomach is hurting her I usually don’t complain but this outta line on many levels please do better then future wise

I ordered the 6 piece ghost pepper wings with a small mashed potatoes, I waited in the drive thru 17 minutes, when it came time to get my food, I told the girl in the window, I wanted fresh food, because I'd been waiting 17 minutes and I didn't want cold food. She tells the manager, who could barely speak English, saying it's fresh, it's fresh, give it to her. Then the manager says in Spanish...she doesn't have time for this, thinking I didn't understand, mind you, there's 3 cars behind me waiting as well, this location has bad service, lousy manager service, this isn't my first time with bad service, I thought I'd give them a second chance, never again I'll be buying chicken from this place!
