I was waited by Todd and I can tell he didn't want to be there by the attitude he had I won't greeted like I do at the other Popeyes as he proceeded to take my order I repeated what I wanted 3 times just for my whole order to be wrong I will never return to this location the customer service is horrible I had to ask for napkins and ketchup and silverware

Horrible service, and you can tell they don't want to be at work. And it shows on the food, the service, ect.. they didn't even blend my slush. Not to mention they obviously don't know what a drumstick is cause I specifically ask for a drumstick and this is what I got.

This location has been the worst of my experience ever. Just today I waited for 10 mins in the line t be told it was an additional 20 mins for the chicken. The manager with the dreads has threatened me over 3 times while taking orders in front of me. They allow the family and friends in the store after hours and tell you that that can’t help you in the mean time most of the chicken goes to them. Some of the help is nice but the overall service is a big F. Today was my last time coming. I’ve asked to speak to management and I get pushed around and again even threatened. At this point the worst service eve.

If this is the Popeyes across from the Texaco, it is one of the WORST customer service Popeyes I have EVER visited in my life!!!! The ladies are rude, They all have ugly attitudes. They’re always yelling, and they get mad because you’re making an order. Well, they need to not work there and give somebody else the job someone That’s actually gonna appreciate Working there. Because the females that Work here are So rude and never smile or greet you right They make the whole dining out fast food experience, not even worth it in the zone, I prefer to go to another Popeyes than this one. And they have a mouth on them, they have the most worst customer service. I never met a female that works there That’s nice but They’re always with attitude. They need to fix their customer service or close it down because it’s horrible!!!! It’s always been like this. It’s time for corporate get involved. There’s lots of other people that to complain about it. They even have secret pictures and videos of the customer service. It’s really awful and that’s not just me saying it. That’s the whole South Union!

We came into Popeye’s at 6:21pm on November 25, 2025. Natalie was the cashier we wanted 10 pieces of chicken. Natalie said they had a 9 pc family meal for $20.00. We wanted fresh chicken and fresh biscuits. We waited patiently until about 7:04pm. We waited for everything Fresh but when we got home. Took the food out of bag and behold, all the food wasn’t fresh COLD. Also when we were waiting on the Fresh chicken and fresh biscuits. They brought a fresh pan out when Natalie was fixing our food Natalie gave us the hard cold biscuits instead of the fresh hot biscuits as we desired. We will not be coming back to this location ever.
