I will never go here again rude ridiculous service. Did not tell the truth about the chicken whole family had food poisoning sold us no good chicken. The store has a strong scent I should have ran out the door just on the scent alone

Just left this location..did a mobile order told person the name got to the window repeated name was told they gave our food to car before us and proceeded to make it as if WE was the problem. Showed them the receipt still a problem. Then when I asked for a cup of water after being made to sit while they figured it out they had the nerve to give me carbonated water ...very disrespectful and rude I will not be returning to this location that is 1.3 miles and make the 4 miles

I had a very disappointing experience at this Popeyes location. When I asked to use the restroom, I was told it was out of order, which I immediately knew wasn’t true. I accepted it and went ahead with my meal. However, when another customer came in and asked in Spanish to use the restroom, the same employee (the one in the picture) told him that he could use it, but to wait until after I leave.

Since I speak a little Spanish, I understood exactly what was being said, and it was clear she was letting him use the restroom when I had been refused. I pretended to leave, only to see her allow the other customer access. When I went back to confront her about the situation, she didn’t offer any explanation or even acknowledge what happened.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and it honestly disgusts me that they handled it this way. I won’t be returning to this location.

Was overcharged $8 for no apparent reason. And had I not had notifications on, the overcharge would have gone unnoticed. To make matters more frustrating, the line to the store is eternally busy so you can’t even get through to anyone at the store and your only option is to submit a ticket that can take 2 days to resolve. I didn’t know blatant stealing is just ok. Very unprofessional.

CHICKEN MILD WAS VERY GREASY AND RED BEANS AND RICE WAS NOT FRESH NOR HOT. IT WAS MORE COLD THAN ANYTHING. GUESS I SHOULDN'T HAVE ATE THERE. IT WAS CLOSE TO CLOSING TIME BUT I LEARNED MY LESSON. NEVER AGAIN!! BASICALLY DONATED $16 TO POPEYES.
