The Night manager is very nice and a great representative for Popeyes

There were 6 co-workers in the back, along with a manager; none gave any kind of acknowledgement to the gentleman before or myself to place a order. I asked for a 3 wing combo and a single breast added to it along with a apple pie; they did not make a order correctly, they did not listen to make sure my order and what I said correctly. I mentioned I wanted a additional breast mild along with the apple pie and three wing combo. And this was on Monday June 15, 2026 at 7:26pm. And I did not have a attitude and I did not have any kind of hostile energy, I kinda laughed about it because none of the six employees including the manager were trying to work or acknowledge two customers in a slow lobby and very slow drive-thru. A pathetic customer service from all of them including the supervisor.

What’s the point of having a mobile & delivery pickup area if they don’t acknowledge you when you walk in

The manager lady here is extremely rude and arrogant. Was not helpful at all. Was trying to cause a scene inside with multiple customers. Not sure if she had a bad day or is just miserable person. But having her as a manager is not good for business

Food was hot, good quality for what Popeyes is. Dining area was not busy yet seemed.
Unfortunately probably due to the area and homeless the RR was locked yet filthy. Selfserve Coke machine was turned off, table for condiments was empty, probably because of the homeless.
Unfortunately due to the condition of the restaurant I reconsidered eating the food.

This location is trash. They need to switch the entire staff out and start over. I rarely see more than 10 customers a day there and I work across the street. The service is crappy, the manager is the worst part of the experience there and the food tastes below par compared to other Popeyes restaurants I have been to. At some point the owner will have to realize he has a problem because the bottom line is the bottom line you operate a business to make a profit and build on a brand that keeps customer coming back to that location. The young female manager is probably your problem everyone of my coworkers and friends about fifteen of them says she gives off a very unfriendly vibe almost nasty. The comments says it all about this place. I will never return here.

there manger is horrible she takes away all the mobile app discounts you can be saving 2$ and she’s removing it crazy because this is a lower income area she must hate her life
