Very bad always missing a piece of chicken they never have Mac and mashed potato people at windows very rude an older lady especially was really rude they need to do better

Very Rude Customer Service Representative on the billing desk. I really like popeyes but they been really messing up my orders. When I ordered boneless tenders they been giving me boneless wings. When asked about the mistake they been blaming my phone or the app might have make some mistakes. Not done! Avoid this location.

My visit to Popeyes today. 5 years ago my childhood favorite KFC. The chicken was old and unappealing. When I first started coming to Popeyes purely by chance on Westheimer I thoroughly enjoyed it because they had a consistency in their chicken that I had not seen in a long time. It was hard for me to try it initially because of the Louisiana kitchen emblem which in my psyche denotes spicy food. I was pleasantly surprised and the quality of the chicken on Westheimer was unbelievable. The consistency brought me back over a dozen times. Today though at Popeyes in Harrisburg stale chicken is what I was served and I was pretty shocked. I told myself it was the first of four pieces that I ordered $16 which is a lot for lunch but I told myself the quality of the chicken is going to carry the day. In this case however, it did not and each piece was as disappointing as the first. I finally got up and just left and I will probably never return to this Popeyes. Hold times are everything in fast food. The manager of every Popeyes needs to be testing that chicken each and every hour.

All the prices are their menu are way lower than what they charge.. The 12 on wing combo is 18.00 and something and the manager says he can’t do anything it’s not their fault the menu says 14,79

Stopped by to do lunch while driving to my appointment. Young sassy man at the register expressed a level of rudeness. Very disappointed. Chose to get a burger from Whataburger down the street. Completely turned off by this place.

ii normally don’t make reviews but ii have to ii always go here once ii get off work to grab a sandwich before hitting the road home , ii don’t live in the area however someone needs to inform these people at this location they need to wear gloves it’s mandatory like ii don’t understand what makes them think it’s OKKI to not wear them if health inspector come they are screwed and ii have a best friend who works there ii know people need their job but ii have no problem letting it be known that’s a health violation like WEAR GLOVES AND STOP BEING TRIFLING SOMEONE GETS SICK THEN WHAT .

Great chicken wings recommend the lemon pepper with honey
