ordered online 3 combos, 2 sides were missing and replaced with one wrong side. left all 3 drinks out, and didn’t put bacon or pickles on both chicken sandwiches. worst popeyes ever fr this place really sucks.

Ordered online just a simple combo and they gave me fries that are harder then the fried chicken itself it's a shame they can't do there job and simple make sure the fries are fresh very disappointed in the employees on shift do not recommend going here

Do not go here. They suck. I ordered fried chicken (their specialty) only to be told I would have to wait 15 minutes. At 9:00 when they close at 11:00. They offered chicken tenders which I grudgingly accepted, only to get home and found them cold and crusty and dry. I called and was told I was welcome to bring them back for a replacement or a refund. Terrible customer service. They do not care at all.
I ordered from the drive- through order 639 the chicken was lukewarm almost cold and the red beans had a sour smell to the when I opened the lid. I call the location about the order and whoever picked up the phone said hello like they were being bothered and didn't say anything else until I said something back. I asked for the manager and he said I'm the manager. This service and food was worse then horrible smh

They almost always mess up my order by forgetting to include one of my items. Or they give me old fries or obviously old food that has sat for awhile. And they're 'open' sign stays on 24hrs a day making you think they're open when they're not.

Don't order the blackened chicken sandwich. They won't make it for you. I'm not sure if it's because the staff is lazy or they just can't make it but I've ordered it 3 times and they just give me a regular chicken sandwich.
