The employees here they need to pay more attention when the customers telling them the older because apparently they are Miss some items out of my order even though I had establish what I want it with one of the stuff that was on the microphone and they swapped her out with another one that was kind of rude and got my order wrong, call somebody wiser coach them n help them out overcome their rudeness.

The line is all the way to the street and they’re taking one order at a time. The car in front of you order drive up and then they don’t take your own until the car in front of you drive off with their food. I guess hoping you leave without ordering your food. Cuz why is the wait 15 minutes . Or is there only 2 people working? Have me in my car running my air up in this Houston heat

I don’t know what they had going on when I went but this is probably the best Popeyes I’ve ever had in my life. It was super hot, super fresh and the customer service was warm and welcoming. The ladies taking the order were very pleasant and polite. I believe one of their names was Myisha and I can’t remember the others name but hats off to them! Will be returning.
