Service & food is a hit or miss... I've gone at times where the food wasn't fresh, or I'm missing items. I always go through the drive-thru, never inside. Today the food was fresh but I was missing a biscuit and a pie that were already paid for. I would suggest checking your order completely before leaving the window. Staff is decent as far as customer service goes.
Have come here once every few months for the past few years. It's a Popeye, which as most people know has some of the best fast food friend chicken in the US.
This location can get busy around rush hour, sometimes cars may line up to the street. However, I never had too many issues going in and grabbing an order fairly quickly. This location can vary in staff and therefore sometimes the service and attitudes can be less than desirable. However when I visited on the 09.19.24 it was fantastic. The staff was very friendly, helpful and fast!! They cared.
