One of our fav places in Houston. Central to Montrose, the service, flavors, and atmosphere are always excellent. We love the flash fried cauliflower and various bruschetta. They have tons of vegetarian options, good drinks including a few non-alcoholic options for adults. The patio has always been comfortable, even when it's Houston-hot - I'm not sure if I've ever eaten inside in 12+ visits.
Today, we had a fun Saturday date day ❤️Saw the 2pm "Picture from Home" play at the Alley Theatre - was unexpectedly good - lots of laughs & tearjerker ending!Then went to Postinos nearby (Montrose location) for their $6 pitchers, meatballs & omg grilled cheese ? - we found the Postinos chain in our last trip to Colorado & we found they'd recently opened some Houston locations ?

The patio is fantastic. All the food was nice and fun to share.They have a gluten-free bread that makes much of the menu gluten friendly. It's not the best gluten-free bread, but it gets the job down.While I appreciate that they attempted to install some bike parking, it is laughably unused; I had to lock my bike to their railing. Get those stubby little things out of there and install some proper staple racks please.

If I could post a review in sounds you would know how good this food is!!!! I haven’t been to a Postino yet that let me down food wise!!! Close your eyes and pick anything on the menu and I dare you to try to say something taste badd!!!!!
We ordered Postinos to go. Our original order was incorrect. However, upon making the manager aware of the mistake. He immediately apologized and asked me to wait a few minutes while his kitchen made the correct item.This was my first experience at Postinos and because of it, I will make sure to visit again. Thanks Reid, for your help, attention and kindness in making it right ?!

First time at Postino’s chose the Montrose location. Another date night must say I’m one for ambiance and it being a former bar The Mining Company brought back lots of memories they even have a wall commemorating The Mining Company which just added to ambiance of the well decorated restaurant. We had the Chefs Charcuterie Board as well as the Bruschetta . We were able to choose 4 different types of Bruschetta. The food was amazing, so fresh and beautifully plated. Wait staff was informative and kind, very friendly. If you like charcuterie boards or Bruschetta this is the place to come. A wide variety of wine tho I didn’t have any this time around but I assure you I will be back. Great menu, this is the place I will be coming back to and working myself thru this whole menu. The food coming out of the kitchen looked amazing. So I highly recommend y’all trying this place out. My date enjoyed the food also and has agreed to return with me to Postino’s

Good food and honestly not that expensive for the quality! I like to get a sandwich and a pitcher bc before 5pm it's only $6 (their pitchers are about 2-2.5 drinks worth). Josh is the best employee there!
