I have been going to memorial Hermann for two days going through treatments. My aunt and I came in this young lady by the name of Loren greeted us yesterday and she had numerous window customers although she was busy she apologized that they were short staffed but she was right with us. They took care of us with the same enthusiasm she gave her drive thru customers. The sandwiches were delicious made to order will helpful with my aunt that has dementia and she was fantastic! Potbelly hands down has the best sandwiches. Italian sub is one of my favorites make sure to add the hot peppers for that extra kick! Chicken pot pie soup is delicious love the flaky pie crust they top it with! Great service always fast and friendly.
this place was AMAZING great staff, amazing customer service all around. i would love to recognize some of the staff but never asked names. ;( they had amazing souls great hospitality and best sandwich i ever tried. will recommend to everyone !!!! and will came back every month (so i don’t gain weight).
