We stopped by Potbelly and ordered a Skinny Italian on wheat and an Original Meatball on white. The flavors were great, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. My only complaint is that the Skinny Italian had barely any meat on it—it felt a little light for the price. My husband's meatball sandwich, on the other hand, was hearty and satisfying. So yummy! The shop smelled amazing right when I walked through the door. Very clean and special drinks were fully stocked. I had the avocado turkey sandwich with broccoli cheddar soup, and my boyfriend tried the prime rib steak. The cashier was really kind and made sure to check with us about what toppings we did and didn’t want on our sandwiches. Kelsey, the General Manager, was AMAZING from start to finish for my recent catering order. He was dealing with a hot water heater issue when I initially called in to place my order (which he was unable to take then due to the issue), but because he was so transparent and friendly, I decided to hold off on placing my order elsewhere. I called back the next morning and luckily the issue was fixed and I was able to place our order for delivery later that day. Kelsey was awesome...
