Went to Potbelly today and my order was made wrong at first, but the workers were really nice about it. They remade my food quickly with no problem and even gave me a free cookie for the inconvenience. Great customer service and they handled the situation really well!

We stopped by Potbelly and ordered a Skinny Italian on wheat and an Original Meatball on white. The flavors were great, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. My only complaint is that the Skinny Italian had barely any meat on it—it felt a little light for the price. My husband's meatball sandwich, on the other hand, was hearty and satisfying.
