I don’t agree with the reviews, I bought a few days ago and they were almost closing and didn’t have much left but the guy let us know what he can do since my kids and me really wanted some pretzels and he pour some sugar on the pretzels they have left because they were the plain ones and they were almost sold out of everything he was friendly and everything was really good!
Will come back this week

I have looked at a lot of reviews from all the remotely nearby pretzelmakers, and it makes me very sad to see how bad all of them are... I came from Utah a couple of years ago, and the pretzelmakers back there have always been good. It makes me very disappointed to see how poorly they have been received here in texas compared to Utah... I have no clue why the ones here in Texas/Houston area seem so run down and garbage, but compared to the MANY in Utah, it's very evident they don't work as well down here.

Okay pretzel, a little dry
Willowbrook Mall, Houston, in front of Dillard's - The worst pretzel and cheese sauce I have ever had! I walked up and the young men who worked there were all gathered next door by the cookie counter stuffing food in their faces, talking to each other, and ignoring the customers. They didn't say "thank you" after the sale and could not recommend a sauce....just awful service! First and LAST time to try a pretzel from there. The pretzel was tasteless, cold, non-chewy, and flat and the cheese was some flavorless gelatinous goop. TERRIBLE!!!!

I was in the massage chair when I grabbed the last one and I had a lot of hair and the manager in charge didn't even apologize and said that he couldn't even give me the money back because I was already ending it as if it was my fault that I threw it in the back. last thing until it seemed like he purposely saw it done to me
Very good
Ordered a box of salted pretzels for my daughter & her friends. They put a few scoops in, without measuring, ( wish I had just ordered a large because that’s the amount they received in the box, but paid the box price!?!) & some were super dry, burnt & weren’t even buttered ( completely obvious in the pics) they basically told me to eff off when I asked to replace the overcooked dry ones with the other fresh ones. See pics! Lazy employees. Even laughing & flipping the middle fingers as if their managers wouldn’t care when I said I would make a complaint. I took their pictures because they refused to give their name so I could report them. Guess this is our future??! No customer service skills taught & it’s clearly obvious. See other reviews! Definitely going to the other one next time. This was the one located near Macys.
Go to the one by Dillard’s with the grate American cookies, that one is great. The one by JC penny have issues. I was in line and the girl was working on making pretzels instead of helping people out in line. Myself and another person got four of line because she took her sweet time. They didn’t even have what I wanted. This was about a week ago on a weekday when it was slow.

The pretzels here are ALWAYS hard, super chewy and taste stale, it’s like eating rocks. The customer service is also horrible. I miss Wetzel and Auntie Annie’s.
It's good overall but sometimes the service is slow
horrible customer service, the man with orange/red hair wasn’t even speaking. i had to speak up and tell him what i wanted, and when i asked a question he didn’t even answer he just nodded his stupid head.
Pretzel was good but unfortunately the manager was terrible and rude.... The guy working there definitely need urgent training so he learns how to deal with customers.... Not sure if I am willing to deal with the same guy in future.
The employee was making pretzels and then received the cash with the same gloves and went back to make more pretzels without changing his gloves. Gross. #COVID-19
