Excellent food and service!

Pronto should be aware that Door Dash drivers are giving your restaurant a bad name. My order last night was dropped off at a random address. Never got my food. While this is a Door Dash issue, Pronto should contact them as their performance is reflecting on your restaurant.

I really enjoyed their vegetarian options. The Ravioli was fresh and very tasty.I also thought the Kids School Pizza was a fun throw back. The Gelato was perfect!I was surprised though that the bread was absent from dinner.Overall, definitely will be back.

Never got even a response from these folks. Shows how little they care.

OK if you need a quick Italian fix, but we felt the prices were high given the quality and size of the portions. The flavors weren’t very powerful, but the food is cooked quickly once you order, so it’s fresh. The service is good and quick, if they have enough servers and cooks available.

Love the food, but the portion sizes have decreased substantially while prices have increased. The service leaves much to be desired. Every time I go to pick up an order, the cashier is always on the phone and ignoring a line of 4 or 5 customers waiting. I understand that they receive phone orders, but there are also always 5 other employees standing around aimlessly, including what appear to be managers. I don't know what distinguishes their managers from the rest of the employees because they clearly don't care about patrons - I guess a "fast-casual" concept involves total ambivalence from employees. It's sad because the food is so delicious, but the lack of customer service makes me reluctant to keep returning.

The lasagna. The presentation is poor, drenched in tomato sauce, but it’s actually pretty tasty.

So disappointing. I was craving pasta while I was in the area and decided to try the ravioli. It came in a weird, watery sauce with no flavor. I've had better store-bought ravioli that I had to cook myself. The mozzarella was weird and rubbery. I used to work at an Italian restaurant where the bread we served was frozen, and it was better than the roll they gave me. Won't be back.

My lasagna was raw inside and the top was burned. I used to love Pronto. Disappointing.

Been a customer since they first opened over a decade ago. When I first started going not long after, it was always packed and we usually had to wait for a table. Over the years they opened new locations on Holcombe, Town & Country, and San Felipe but are now back to just their original location on Montrose. My go-to choice is the Chicken Vincent. While it's quite good, I've noticed the portions have been shrinking over the years. When I visited earlier this week, I was informed dinner rolls were now extra (I was alone and had ordered a $25+ meal - I hope this doesn't allude to financial difficulties). From my experiences over the years, if you are ordering an appetizer with your meal, tell them you want it before your meal or they will bring both out together.

Good food, nice atmosphere, friendly counter service

I love pronto, the bread is so good and I love the chicken Vincent. They do a great job with to go and the portions are enough for 2 or 3 meals. I'm sad the Buffalo speedway location closed down, hopefully they can open back up some day.

It's weird because you order at the counter and they bring it to you, you fix your own drinks. If you want to add anything they ring you up again. Instead of one final check when you're actually done, you end up with 4 or 5 and you're supposed to tip before any actual service happens, it's very loud also, we probably won't be dining in again. Perhaps to go order... the food was pretty good, although the serving size seemed small for the prices. It was ok.
