Wow great pizza!! Real wood fired ovens, great pizza, friendly staff and interesting, but still great beer selection lol.I googled “best pizza Houston Reddit” which lead me here and it did not disappoint!
I love this place. I’ve been coming for years now and while they don’t know my name, they seem to remember me and are always happy to see me. I go here for the Detroit-Style pizza and it’s helped me discover my favorite style of pizza. I typically get the Vesuvius. I should warn you that it really hits you in the morning afterwards but maybe that’s me and my sensitive stomach. I love spicy food but it doesn’t love me. Yall known a pizza LOVER! Especially when it’s a fresh crust and home made sauce…Pizaro did not disappoint! The cute little Houston staple was absolutely delicious and offered a nice variety of veggie pizzas which are my life. Wonderful service with great recommendations for the lunch special which was a whole 12” pizza. I had the Margherita pizza with arugula on top! ??
